If you have no 3rd option about HAM while speaking to Duke Horacio, make sure you dismiss your follower/summoner and talk to Zanik again, she'll take the second set of H.A.M. gear, that's how you know it worked, then go talk to the Duke Horacio, you're welcome.
@@josephshiba7667 im pretty sure it's just an oversight on jagex's part, my guess they simply forgot to add in the trapdoors to lumbridge lol. thieves guild is missing too apparently. we're just out of luck till they fix it
"get that guard to turn his back on me, maybe if you walk around him he'll keep facing you" thats what i get before i could do anything after the second guard on this quest in the lair downstairs
I was having the same problem, it was because I wasn't dispatching the first guard and squeezing through the wall strait away. you need to make him face away first then he will be dispatched then you can squeeze through the wall and continue to follow the instructions. you will now get the right dialogue to continue.
Hey! I've completed recently the haunted mine quest. Unfortunately there was no guide from You on that quest. Even there is dozen of guides on the youtube I ended up looking for the solution somewhere else. Can we expect this one to be added? Salve amulet is core item for Ironman account like mine - I wish I could spend less time on solving the puzzle myself.
It's not letting me talk to Zanik Edit: I went down into the lumbridge basement and spoke to Mistag again and was able to speak with Zanik after that. Thanks for the amazing guide as always!

Tip: If you havent already got your HAM robes. The drop rate is increased after starting the quest :)
Damn i spent 2 hours getting it on my iron xD
noooo, it just took me 1 hour for 2x sets (only 1 cape) and another full hour for the second cape

i have an issue, there's no trapdoor. i get to that point and everything looks good, but there isn't a trapdoor in sight
im referring to the part at 17:00 where you are supposed to put zanik in a crate and take it downstairs, well i have no way to go down....
