I think the dancer at the end, Charlotte d'Amboise, did a beautiful job of expressing pure joy in dance like a Matisse in motion.

I had tears springing from my tired eyes when I first saw this beautiful song and the beautiful talented folks who sang together. I fell in love with the dancer at the end, Charlotte. She knocked it out of the park. I saved it and watch it when I need some light!
Was I the only one that yelled like crazy and got teary eyed when this came on??
I definitely got teary, and felt a big sense of relief.

A US citizen, I’ve been living in Taiwan for 20 years, my Taiwanese wife is a “ huge” fanatic of he should never be named again. I have been watching this video for several hours now over and over, streaming tears of relief and joy that the last 4 years ARE in the past and all it’s nightmarish moments of saber rattling between the former administration and the CCP, now it’s time to let the sun shine in, a deep heartfelt appreciation for all those who were involved in making this video, Amand Gorman for PRESIDENT 2036.

All great, superb conducting, raise the dead rendition, esp. moved by the smiles, the light, each making it her/his, Chandra, Natasha raising the roof, Miss Peppermint taking it down, Leslie, Mandy and Renee easy soul and Keala’s warm smile and praise God pipes, the melismatic dudes Wayne, Derrick (voice like a warm blanket), Javier burning it up, James Monroe sending her soul up on a wave of sound, and Charlotte’s exhilarating coat and bench dance. Looks like beautiful CT in the background. Long live a soulful rainbow America.
Remembering the past ("Seasons of Love") so we can heal ("Let the Sunshine In"), so that we can again shine is just the message we all need. This glorious singing reminds us that our country went through tough times in terms of lives lost and political divisiveness during the first decade or more of AIDS/HIV (Rent) and during the Viet Nam War era (Hair), and we emerged not unscathed but still a democracy and still a people, and we emerged still hopeful and still loving. This video lets me know we can do the same after the Trump era. We will remember children separated from their parents and the over 400,000 lost to the pandemic among other things, but the Biden-Harris administration has started off the new era with lots of sunshine. So...Let the sunshine in indeed.
This song gives the feels! For me, it is 2021's version of 'We are the world'! Exactly what we need today! Sending my love and prayers across the world!

This song makes me cry every single time I hear it (even on The Office) but man did I cry watching this. This was truly a gift. And the end perfect! From Chita Rivera wearing her Presidential Medal of Freedom to CHARLOTTE d'AMBROISE dancing at the end - this blew me away! And was a sigh of relief we are BACK to an administration that appreciates the arts and the beautiful diverse tapestry of US.
I like how in the beginning Anothy Rapp with the head nod is just like "yeah, it's happening".
Seth, you should get a Tony Lifetime Achievement Award. You are always there to GIVE.
Charlotte d'Amboise -- I knew it. I worked at the Ahmanson Theatre when she was there in Chicago. I ran over to the theatre to watch her big solo every chance I could during the run. Incredible.

Hearing them sing Let The Sunshine In after Season of Love, really brings back memories of when I did a production of HAIR in college.
For me, this was the best 3 minutes of the whole show. Absolutely magical, I have watched it 3 times. All were great, Charlotte d'Amboise was spellbinding.
