    Did you fill it to the max line? That sounds super loud compared to mine. Mine just sounds like a low humming and very gentle water flowing.

    thank you so much I just go one for my cat Lille Kisse & put together with yr video. The same brand. Ours is quiet, no sound

    Water fountain encourages cats to drink more water, male cats especially as they are prone to urinary problems.
    If fountain noisy check water level.

    I have this pet fountain. Problem is I don't know where to get the replacement for the filter

      just wash the filter and reuse it

      Also, it's advisable to have food away from their water supply

      ​@@QLTDthey should be replaced every 3 to 4 weeks. They contain activated carbon.

      Mine isn't. Only a low humming sound and very soft water sound. I have mine filled to the max water level, and l barely hear it in my kitchen.
