LC Kickboxing Padwork 2016

Back to 2016, when Fin Heesom and Will Taylor were establishing themselves as junior athletes. Featuring fight specific padwork with Lead High Performance Coach Avi. The progress since then has been staggering however it's great to look back and see the work and education throughout the years, that set the tone and began the learning evolution to performances and standards of the present day.
