    Doc, thank you! Because of you i'm 98% recovery from a 2 year pain in my butt, i was suffering from pyriformis sindrome, both glutes on pain, hamstrings, calfs and soles. By the moment i found your channel im about to start physical therapy again, i saw your videos about strengthen the pyriformis with a few movements, do the opposite, the streching doesn't work for me, the PT only was a temporary relief, i always think maybe i need more than a 12 sesions to start feel better but like you said if something doesn't works why keep doing it? After a few sesions of training with some exercises you recomended im still recovering, im capable now to do things that i cant do before and i feel im getting better,you are full of knowledge, experience and common sense, thank you again, greetings fron Lima Peru

      It's possible... the problem is that it's impossible to avoid life. AND the longer you avoid things... the more you train your brain to experience pain. Catch 22. So, i'd recommend a plan/process vs. wait and see (I call this hope and pray strategy).
