- Demonstration of the eurorack system "My First Modular", a colorful system for beginners, low cost and opensource. That has been funded on kickstarter (available until 18 dec 2023, link below).
- In the video you can see a sequence of 8 and 4 steps in the sequencer (blue module) controlling the pitch of the VCO (red module).
- The LFO (purple module) controls the frequency of the Filter (VCF the black one).
- The Gate output of the sequencer goes to the envelope generator (light green module) which controls the VCA amplifier (white module).
- The VCO output (red) goes to the delay (dark green) which is the final output to the mixer. The sound has no effects or other processes, it is direct from the mixer to the final audio.
- The beat is played in Octatrak MK1.

So sick
This is the size I want. I know all the folk who are way down there looking up at me from the very bottom of the rabbit hole are saying something but I can’t hear them as they are sooo far down there. But me I really would like to just build a little rack with a few filters and such.
Aspire to this number of modules for sure, but don't necessarily constrain yourself in actual size, eurorack is much more fun with a few spaciously layed out modules, than a small case crammed with as many cramped modules as possible!
Marvellous.
very interesting indeed what are you sequencing them with
Hi, the big blue module is a secuencer
I thought you might have used the Beat step on the key step Pro which I use and which is very good with modular synthesizers
@@reinventing59 Of course, it is possible! We have tested this system with Beatstep and Microfreak. It works very well.
Hey, it looks like you cloned the logo of clone record store.
Wow. Great system, great price, great jam!
Is it CEM based?
@@a_f_a_b Hello! thank you very much.
And no, the modules are not based on CEM.
