Hello. Is there a tool to follow the rule of 60, 30 and 10 correctly? I mean to upload the photo and the software will tell us these percentages. thanks.
In terms of web design, don't most sites go against this rule? Take RUclips as an example. The background and most elements on the page are a neutral color (depends on light/dark mode), which is pretty standard on websites to make text easier to read. This makes up probably 90% of the color on the page. Does that mean the neutral colors are actually the primary colors? It's kind of bizarre, since branding-wise red is still the primary color. I know this video is a couple years old, but is anyone able to clarify my confusion?
I mean, it's good advice -- just seems a little more applicable to web design than actual color theory. Thumbs up anyway, guy is doing good work for the community
This is good. But when did American's start doing those jerky little upward inflexions at the end if their sentences? It's a fairly recent thing . A few decades ago it was never heard. Eg in this video 1:9 in:' Things like you want to get peoples ATTENTION.....' Makes a statement sound like a question.
Those short videos are worth a million! Would love to see some more for Typography or Layout in that format
