You are the best💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. now I try to seperate my trening for blocks to build more muscule mass: day1: push ( chest, triceps, shoulders ) day2: pull ( back +biceps) day3:legs+abs … if you are able to put more workouts: push and pull would be grat
@maja2197 I just did it for the first time in a while and I'm currently moderately out of breath but otherwise feel great after. I graduated myself to doing longer and harder videos of daniels and it has made these shorter ones a lot easier.
Wow, LOVED the variety of moves (and the no repeats!) but this was definitely a bit too intense for me - I needed longer rests, and I skipped about 5 of the exercises completely while modifying some others. I think I need to stay with your 15-20 minute routines. ☺
Your workouts need to come with a warning Dan - “May cause inability to carry newborn baby after this workout.” I had to get my daughter to carry me instead
Yeah so alot of these beginners would hurt themselves, so instead I recommend people do to their more simple version and work your way up to the more intricate exercises.
