Ben is such a good friend to share this bounty with you. This is the true meaning of community helping community.
How do you make homesteader men happy? Give them wood chips! lol Nice video
And women
Your land is looking so much healthier now then when you moved there. You and Lorraine are doing a phenomenal job and I enjoy following along as your farm grows.🥰 It's awesome to have fantastic neighbors and it's always great to see Ben and his boys too. 😊
Even though you always have a lot going on, your homestead never seems chaotic and that makes your videos a pleasure to watch.
These mini trucks are called "Porsche in the farm" as they are midship engine, here in Japan.
So glad to see Japanese localized truck doing well in the world!
You should cut some plywood for the bed off your truck. It would be easier to clean off. Also keep you buckets more balanced
Hey love it when i see your vids pop up. So fun🐔🌻💕
Your homestead is looking so nice and clean. Thankful you were able to get some wood chips it will be helpful keeping weeds
down plus help keeping water from evaporating. Your little truck seems to be able to do many chores. Best to your family.
I❤ your new lil truck!! Not only is it useful but super cute!
Nice hopefully you get more wood chips
I love those wood chips.
How great are farmers! Farmers helping farmers! Thank you, Mike!
I really like how you guys prioritize, finish projects & are so organized. Your family is doing an awesome job. Love your homestead❤
i love that little truck. it looks perfect for a small even a large homestead,
❤️🤣 your excitement is wonderful to see😃. Congrats on the collaboration!
Awesome way to work together! Cheers!
More homesteader workouts lol
If you surround the light truck bed with "Plywood panel", you can carry more. Especially useful for stacking dead leaves and grass.
I think that's a nice idea to use Mike's tractor to load on wood chips with
Love your videos!
Awww Thank you Mike❤
So generous of you!!!! I appreciate it and I'm not there. Beautiful team work.
Forget the pitch fork. Nothing moves mulch and wood chips like a snow shovel.
Glad y'all got wood chips. The farm looks amazing and peaceful. I love y'all.💝🙏🐓🐔🐷
Luv the old tractor looks like an old tonka truck😊 mike was awesome to be giving them away n helping!!
Isn't it amazing how God always provides for all our needs..see how he got you the hot rod first than your wood chips than you were able to load your wood chips on your hot rod...i just giggled when you were putting your wood chips in your hot rod..way to go Jason..i find everything so interesting how your homestead is improving so much by your hard work👍👍
I just got my 2 nd lid of Chip drop! Can’t wait to get started moving them!!
Party time
The design of that particular bucket on that loader is really useful; better than a regular one.
YAY! As long as they are not Walnut to be used around a vegetable garden nor orchard!
So nice to see you and Ben scored woodchips for your homesteads. I know it has been hard to find a source. Thanks Mike for sharing. Glad to see you have a bush hog as well.
Y'all have a Blessed weekend and to all our service men and women, thank you for your service.
That front loader is the best way!!!!
I got a whole van load of wood chips from a tree trimmer that was working at a neighbors house. We got our tractor back from a warranty work and husbands teaching me to run it. I mowed with it already. Looking forward to some work on it moving all the wood chips.
Wonderful haul of woodchips. Looks like you and Ben are very happy men. Nothing better than free woodchips.
I had a Dr brush Cutter at a Bible camp where I worked. I opened up miles of abandoned horse trails with the DR. The gear box finally died.
Ohhhhhh wood chips 😮 nice 😊
It was nice of mike to give them away and also to bring his machine to help. Go mike!
Looks like you just made more work for yourself. With the mountain of wood chips. Just a suggestion. As I see you water your meat chickens. If you build a shelf for the bucket to sit on. Add brace to support it. Then the weight will not be on the bucket handle. Bungee strap it to the upright. Love to watch your channel and see all your progress!! ❤
Great video Jason on wood chips and all the uses.
Nice wood chip haul & awesome bush hog. Love it! 💚🌞
Big boys toys... Love it!
It is interesting how wood chips are so hard to come by where you live. They are everywhere here in NJ. I am glad you were able to get some!!! Congratulations. That truck really is so much fun.
I love your truck! Those woodchips will disappear in no time. Hard work paying dividends. Sweet.
You Folks are such hard workers. You and your wife Jason. Untied Like God Intended 🙏🏼 It To Be.
Thanks for sharing Jason and Lorraine. Ever video you are moving closer to efficiency! always look forward to what you have going on.....
So good that you can find a friend that could help you with this to
You guys should start an Amazon wishlist and people could get some things that you are in need of to help support your channel!
Thank you Mike. Very kind of you!
So much great progress; thanks for sharing! Lorraine works so hard, too! Your family works well together! Hope the piglets are doing well since their surgery! Blessings to all 🤗💜🇨🇦
Cute as chips lovely see you and Ben ❤
I loved your video & I absolutely love your Suzuki truck! You & Ben (Hollar Homestead) are great friends and neighbors. You really put them to good use! Thx for sharing💙
God love your family cute as chips I’m live in Australia I love your work ethic ❤
That’s crazy because power companies down here have to beg for people to take wood chips
Lucky
Twice a year here in Cali my city where I live gives away wood chips twice a year
Wow lucky. Where? Here? The tree guys bring their chip truck then haul it to the stone/ mulch place and then we can go there n buy it 😮
Your puppy is a hard worker.
thanks for the video. great to see you and Ben getting wood chips from your friend Mike. looks good around the orchard trees. have a great week end.
I like your little truck. God bless.
Have a safe Memorial weekend holiday 🙌
You're gonna love the DR!
Yey! Woodchips! I have been waiting for some too! I have to call around!
I’m heading to TS to buy a couple of those water containers!😃👍🏻
Love your educational homesteading videos. Pull wood chips several inches away from tree trunk. Wood chips against trees can create an environment for unwelcome insects such as termites, bark beetles and borers, as well as fungal disease and bacterial disease. 😊
Orchards looking really good
Thats a lot of wood chips...good thing he had the dozer there and you guys had a dump trailer. Still liking that little truck...
Jason, I like how you think about things and than are able to come up with different ways than other homesteaders.
Example better price for the little truck instead of having to spend so much for side by side. The water jug another example
50 year old Case450 getting the job done!!!!
Hey from Texas, love your videos you and your family are so down to earth and funny. Keep up the good work!!
thanks so much
I gave a friend a bunch of my wood chips one time. But he had a short-bed pickup so I had to angle the tractor to stay over his bed. Had to be very slow/careful to not hit his cab window.
For like $1500 you could add an electric/hydraulic dump function to your Kei bed.
I would definitely recommend rubber mats for the bed of your wheelbarrow
🚜
If you just add a little in with the chips you will have perfect garden soil next spring. If you make a pile and add diesel fuel. They will not compost but will be good for walkway and such. Chips will also keep the soil more moist and actually keeps it from drying out. Neat white truck. Later
Good news ❤
Jason, you and Ben should go in together on the dump trailer.
Jason , you should have got the truck with the dump bed, 👍🏻🇨🇦🤟🏻
That's awesome ❤😊❤
Heya, lol I saw you in the vlog of The Hollar homestead to see now this vlog you see the same but from a totally differant angle. woodchips you can't have enough of them
Fabulous ❤
It'll be cool to see u build a Porta camper for the side by side mini!!! Maybe take on some trips...... old always use tow trailer also
Great video good content😊❤
Amazing things!
I pulled my garlic yesterday too. I think it just finished up early this year because of the excess UV rays. The suns been pretty active the last couple months, and my uncovered soil is getting a bit hydrophobic as well. My June strawberries have been finished up for 3 weeks now. I don't know... good harvest.. no complaints!
We have a similar access to woodchips, but it is from the county and we don't have that wonderful trailer to transport it; though we do have a tractor with a bucket.
Wish we could get those in my county!
Now that's some wood chips.
Enjoyed the video
DC Power sponsor, moving up in the world I see, congratulation. Home next sponsor will be Kubota
Hey y’all ❤
❤
Magnificent! Yummy. Blessings, julie
I love your sharing community 💕
Forking wood chips - hold my beer...
You got a bush mower :D Its the small things that make me happy lol
Nice bucket jug lol
You folks are living the dream . . . I wish I could find one of these bush wacker in my area, be perfect for my land . . . I am fifty miles from the old homestead, I have the land cleared but it's too big to keep the weeds and alders down with lawnmower . . . you are also, so lucky to have such a resourceful community. Cheers folks.
I need to go to tractor supply see about one of those buckets…
Someone is hogging them all in my area also , been on chip drop and talked to the tree company both office and field just down the road and still no chips..... trucks all over the place full of chips though...
Here too getting woodchips is a logistics feat ! Or you pay !
Oooo, D.R.
I bet ol' Suzi was riding like a Cadillac with that load of chips on her
Love your truck ❤
I'm about an hour east of you and my garlic this year is behaving the exact same way! Not the usual cycle of life for it. I dug up a third and, except for a few that seem slightly too wet, they seem ok. I was worried that I overwatered them due to the lack of rain.
You need a few beefy boys on the land to keep the grass under control and fertilize the land. Can you tell I miss the beefy boys?
💖💖💖
All you had do is use a different colour of lids for buckets blue for water black for feed white for scapes don’t need different containers when you already have them cheaper
on paper that works but in real life not really
