Here in wales many of my walks are on the wonderful roads with very high hedgerows filled with bird sound and sheep on the other side.

My husband and I moved here from Vancouver WA when I retired 6 yrs ago to be close to family but I had originally wanted to retire in a dry warm/hot climate… you have been more than a blessing to me since I discovered your RUclips channel! I became very ill after I retired and had to go through many tests and surgeries. I am getting better but still have good and bad days … having your sweet uplifting spirit to encourage me on looking and feeling my best has blessed me beyond words! Thank you so much for all your humility and transparency as you give all your makeup and hair tips .., I love how I am able to look my best! I think it helps how I feel too! 🤗 sorry this note is so long, I just wanted you to know what a blessing you are to another person! ❤️ (FYI… I am 68, I have been cutting and coloring my own hair for sometime now because I can’t get out much, I live in the country and when I feel well it is only a few hits midday… I have neuropathy from cancer treatment which I need meds to help reduce the pain,,, I won’t keep you but thank you for sharing God’s love to so many ❤️🙏😎

Oh my goodness, this was so GREAT!! I have been waiting, what seems like such a long time, to get all set up with internet access at our new place! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to catch up! Between packing, unpacking, workmen, and waiting on our kitchen cabinets to get here, this has been a mixed bag of feeling very BLESSED and very exhausted at the same time! How fun to finally curl up with my laptop and find this first thing! I LOVED getting a "peek" at your home and your day. Everything looks just beautiful and I know you must just LOVE the views you have there! As always, I felt like I was right in the room with you and on your walk too...lol!! What a fun day, Sharalee!!! Always fun to go along with you. Your clubhouse is so very pretty. Loved your yard and flowers! Cuts down on the watering. We've had a lousy spring, so I would be very willing to share some of our rain with you. We're suppose to have a nice weekend, which is rare this year. Awww, I'm so happy you are enjoying my videos!💞 I wear rigid gas permeable contacts. I don't know the brand as I just purchased them from my eye doctor. Not many people wear hard contacts anymore but I find them so much more economical😘 Thank you for all of your sweet compliments!🥰
Oh Sharalee I am intrigued by your new nails - please let us know how you like them and how they wear... I just found a really good polish that is healthy for your nails and dries seriously to a rock ahrd finish in 5 minutes. It's called Dazzle Dry and I was lucky enough to have been treated to a manicure when we were at Disney World last month at the Grand Floridan Resort and thats what they use. OMG - talk about impressive! Have you found a good foundation alternative for the Too Faced Peach Perfect Foundation? I have recently used the Estee Lauder Double Wear but it feels a bit thick for this time of here and it's been in the 90's here int he Chicago area.

Oh my goodness, that nail polish sounds AMAZING!!! I'm putting that on my shopping list right now! I will definitely do an update on the nail strips....first round started coming loose after 5 days. However, I'm on round 2 and I added a clear top coat and they seem to be lasting SO much better🤞😘 As for foundation, have you tried the BarePRO Liquid Foundation? I love that WAY more than the EL Double Wear. I feel like you can easily sheer it out with a damp beauty sponge or build up more coverage with a brush. It's my go-to longwear foundation now!😍

More VLOGs coming this summer!😘 I do feel like the Sigma highlighters can emphasize texture if you get too much. The best highlighter (in my opinion😄) for mature skin that doesn't show texture is the Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder (Highlight 01 is my favorite). There is no shimmer or sparkle but it adds a beautiful "lit from within glow"🥰

Thank you!! My stylist just uses volume 40 bleach to lift my natural hair color to about a level 10-11 ash blonde. New salon video is coming later this week and she will demonstrate the coloring process😘

Really enjoy this type of video! What do you do when it’s to hot to walk outside? I’m in Texas and there’s no walking morning or night.

Actually, they don't....I don't know if it's because some are chewable and liquid or what but I have had no issues😊

Usually, I practice later in the evening. It's a good thing I can plug in headphones while I practice so I don't disturb my husband's sleep😂😘
Do your vitamins bother you when taken on an empty stomach?
Surprisingly, no! I used to struggle with that when I did all "swallow" vitamins. But it seems like the liquid and chewable vitamins are easier on the stomach😘
How far do you walk each day?? Do you wish you had a pool?
I walk between 1.75 and 2 miles a day. We actually have a good sized community pool behind the clubhouse and I'm SO thankful!😘

Im looking for something all natural as most allergy meds make me buzzy in the head and I need to stay clear headed as I do a lot of tedious data entry for my job . Im allergic to about everything God created outside and inside. I'm also asthmatic. I appreciate the insight.
Hi Sheryl! I never had terrible allergies until we moved to Southern California. A nutritionist here introduced me to the Eclectic Institute Stinging Nettle and it has worked wonders for me! There are times of the year when allergens are worse so I take it 2- 3 times a day but the rest of the time, usually 1x a day is all I need. I've tried SO many other brands but NONE work as well as the Eclectic Institute and I think it's because it's freeze-dried and therefore more potent. The other thing is it doesn't make me drowsy at all. Allergies are no fun so I hope this info helps you!!💞

Im always "sick" feeling, now more since the past few years in Nashville. Is the link in your video description the ones you show in the beginning of your video? Are they pill form or is it some thing that would need to be mixed into a water or juice? Your experience sounds positive, that is what Im hoping for myself if I try it. Nothing works for me..
