Can you explain the difference between refinished and painting your cabinets? Love the new home, especially the beautiful back yard. We will be here when you get a chance to film regularly again. Glad you are settling in.
The way one of our friends that was a cabinet maker explained the difference was the process and products used. Our cabinets are as smooth as glass and the paint used is a special kind that wears really well and won't chip like regular paint does. I've painted cabinets before and they didn't come close to what these feel/look like😘 Thank you so much for your sweet words and reassurances that you aren't going anywhere!💗

Moving is hard work. I downsized 3 years ago from a big house into a smaller patio home. Had to part with a lot of things. Love the white cabinets you done in the kitchen. The yard is beautiful and am sure puppy will enjoy.

I had a moving company move us once and they packed up everything. Was the easiest move ever. Really hard to find out where they labeled everything. This last move was not so easy. All the packing and unpacking and you're right it is exhausting. So glad your friend came out to help and that you also got a fun day. So, my sweet friend, welcome back! You were missed so much. Congratulations on you beautiful new home. Really missing seeing you, but totally understand and feel for you. Moving is never fun but after all is said and done it’s so rewarding looking back at all that’s been accomplished. My husband and I downsized a few years ago from a 3100 to 1550 square foot home and we pretty much did it all ourselves. Looking back, we don’t know how we did it but we did! But I remember the exhaustion! When you are settled and able to start making more videos I hope you will include some featuring decorating and organizing tips and fashion. Oh, and of course, we “need” a tutorial on this gorgeous makeup and hair look as well as info on where you purchased the cute top! Thank you for sharing and take care of yourself! 💜

So happy for you to finally be in your home! Moving is very stressful - in almost 52 years of marriage we have lived in 7 states and owned 7 houses! We DON’T want to do it again! Ha! Loved the sneak peak of your home! That back yard is just gorgeous! Definitely make that fountain even more a focal point with shading seating - what a lovely spot for relaxing! Your kitchen is also so nice! You will LOVE that island!

Oh my goodness, I’ve been thinking about you tons and was wondering where you are in your “move adventure” 😆... - must have been heavy since there were no Sunday songs. And you uploaded at a different time so I was able to catch it “right away”. I’m sure you’re exhausted but happy at the same time. It’s funny, when we moved last some neighbours came to say Hi a few days in and when the saw the house they said “oh my goodness, it looks like you’ve lived here for a while!” I too had started to hang up pictures quickly and of course needed all the essentials in the kitchen - to make a cake 😂 - so everything was fast unpacked. Thanks so much for that mini tour - more please 😉 - and your yard looks gorgeous!!! With those beautiful plants and oh my, that waterfall 😍.... When I moved into my new apartment it was a mess. My daughter in law worked at a company that packed up businesses and homes for all kinds of things then unpacked...well I am 72 years old and I had to unpack by my self.
By the time I was finished putting things away I had 15 large and long sterlite plastic containers of things I didn't want.
At first I had an open house and met my neighbor s and told them if you see something you want take it I don't care how much you take. Then I called ambers to come and take them. Some were still full.it took me 1 week to bring things in and put them away. I lost 20 pounds at the end of the week and I was do sorry and stuff.
My one moving tip is if you are in your late 60s or early ,70s stop moving and be happy where you are.
I love watching you you have taught me how to put makeup on an old face...l live your Sunday songs and I ding to that beautiful music.
Please continue to play it's uplifting and I do very nice live it.

Yay!!!! I’m so happy to “see” you again! Great tips on moving for sure. I look around our house and I think if we ever decide to move I might just run away for a few months lol. I LOVE your kitchen!!! White cabinets are my favorite. My oldest daughter and her boyfriend are buying a house and so I’m going there this weekend to help paint. It’s been so fun helping her decorate! They let me be in charge of my granddaughters room so I may have gone overboard! 😬 stay well!
