In the old days, TWA and PAN AM used to fly from JFK to Cairo. More recently Delta used to fly directly to Cairo from JFK but for some reason they discontinued that service. Do you know why Delta discontinued that service?

That’s a great time to visit Egypt to beat the heat, but it’s also one of the busiest times and the most expensive, so you have to consider that. The weather everywhere will be cooler but nice, except for Alex, where you can expect rain and colder temps.

Hey there! You’ll pay a fine at the airport, probably around $100 USD, but it may vary.
You can go to the passport and immigration office in Abbasiya to pay the fine in advance of going to the airport, but that process be long and complicated, so most people just pay at the airport when they leave.
