      i feel like in USA and UK its just more common to encounter people filming on the streets, especially in USA it kinda goes without saying, that you cant expect privacy when you're outside in public. In balkans its a bit different.

    Don't say "dobra" to women please 😅.Im sure u arent doing this intentionally but it sounds like you are catcalling them. U can say "Dobar dan" instead, it means "Good day".       My friend, you are very kind for offering help, etc; but in reference to your comment, he is not sleazy by any means & i'm certain he is just trying his best, without even realising what that means.
      There are also strict laws within many countries nowadays, pertaining to sexism, sleaziness & chatting up women & BDT is definitely a good & decent man.
      He is always very respectful toward all humans, men & women, when he travels anywhere, so comments that may make BDT sound like he may be doing something crude or wrong isn't ideal & it's not fair or right either my friend.

    Somebody instructed you wrong to say "dobra" because it sounds totally wrong, as someone has already explained in the comments. You should say "dobar dan" or "dobrO" if you want to ask "are you ok".
    When people hear "dobrA" they only TOLERATE it because they understand you picked up something as a foreigner, but honestly it sounds totally odd and mildly inappropriate.

    People are not unfriendly towards you, they are just confused. Racism in Serbia is the lowest in Europe according to a Harvard investigation. People would be much warmer towards you if they could understand you properly. Serbian people are a little bit slower in opening up themselves to strangers, but when they know you a little bit they are very friendly, no matter what color fo skin you have or where you are coming from.

      Not everyone is comfortable being on camera and that's understandable. Imagine being on your job, dining or going along your way and some random guy runs up to you with a camera announcing he's a RUclipsr ...no time to look at yourself in a mirror, wipe the food off your chin, gather your thoughts, there's shyness, etc. If you're prepared and outgoing that's different.

      Btw, this is not true @ all, because there are numerous countries whereby cameras are very welcome & also these days, there are countless you tubers abound. They all use cameras & many don't ask for prior permission, but they get by ok & safely, from what i have witnessed.

    I feel so anxious when you're crossing the street. On red lights, outside the crosswalk , through the middle of the traffic... Be more careful man.
    I see that you didn't got the vibe of the country. We are not that loud and opened, we even consider it rude. If you want a contact with people maybe you should have asked them politely if they want to help you. Also people will probably be more open if you didn't filmed them. Loudly greeting people on the middle of the street and giving high-fives is just weird and scary to some people.
    Yea and food, there is not just pork in those butcher shops. You missed lots of traditional HALAL food, we have muslim community in Serbia. We also have the food we eat during the Christian fast that does not contain meat.

It wasn't the owner in question who came to him, but the opposite, the guy entered someone else's property and filmed without permission, and people have had enough of that kind of behavior, because he's probably not the first to walk into this bar with a camera, or whatever it is, and the man had enough of it, that's why he reacted in such a way. I don't want to condone the owner's reaction, but I can't even judge him and call him that he is rude, because I understand him and he's right, because this recording with a camera at every step really exceeded the limits of normal.

    Its illegal to film Serbian people without their permission. Thats what that hostile dude was trying to tell you, but also that taxi driver wanted to rip you off, because its not 3000 to airport, it would probably be below 2000 even tho its quite far away. The thing is the taxi driver never knows how much it is, because he has to use the taxi meter, he can only estimate and judging by his estimation, he wanted to rip you off 😕

      @@zucced2087 Sad sam bukvalno pogledao udaljenost od moje kuće do posla i to je 7km, uzmu mi od 700 do 800 din. Od okretnice na konjarniku do parkinga na aerodromu je 20.5km, znači oko 2000. Ako ti taksista ikada traži pare pre vožnje, okreni se i idi, može samo da pretpostavi koliko će izaći jer taksimetar određuje cenu. Veoma je poznato je da taksisti varaju strance svuda u svetu, sem u razvijenim zemljama, gde je to veoma retko.

Radim u hotelu, često viđam da strance zajebu taksisti i nikad to ne bude 3000 već mnogo više, obično im uzmu stotinak evra. E sad pitanje je i koji taksi naravno, da li je gužva itd. Dešavalo se milion puta da od hotela do aerodroma taksimetar izračuna 2000-2500 s tim da je hotel blizu centra grada.

    Another things also and take is as a friendly advice is that outside the main centre most if not all the neighborhoods got grafitis and look like that, U were in Konjarnik and it's not a ghetto and u won't get robbed or attacked. No dogs will run after you to bite you nor are there gangsters like how u got in some areas of London, Paris, New York, Berlin where u can't enter a certain neighborhood or ull get mugged, beaten up and in sole cases the worst might happen. So thats why get a local guide and before saying any of those things learn about the place than comment, some people who are watching this and are from abroad might really think that Serbia is full of ghettos and gangs and will have a bad idea about the country.

    I honestly think that the local man was very rude, aggressive & hostile toward you. His outward behaviour spoke volumes.
    Actually, he didn't have to speak @ you that way, but he "chose" to. Big difference.

    I doubt that man would like it, if he travelled somewhere for the first time & the locals spoke to him like that. He'd really feel it then.
    You have travelled to much busier countries. ie: Pakistan, Afghanistan etc; & no one ever spoke to you that way, ever!

      Guys the price was ok honestly, he said around 3 k which means its not more than 3 k dinars, u guys have to understand that all the prices went up since the war started in Ukraine. I paid 2700 for the cab to the airport a few km away from that place and that was before the war.

      @@flnance Not really. Taxi driver said "around" 3000 dinars , which is about 25 euros and the airport is approximately 25 -30 km from that place . I don't use taxi , but , knowing the prices , it sounds about right (maybe it should be around 20 euros mark).

So I think that 3 k is about right somewhere there. Its not a rip off usually they don't know the exact price cause it all depends on traffic and which route he takes to avoid traffic let's say. So it can be 2600 - 3000, that's why they tell approximately how much it can cost.

    That guy shouting at you was probably the boss of that taxi driver. They are not very friendly, at least some of them. Some taxi drivers will try to charge you more if they know you're tourist, that happened before even to me as a Serbian coming from a small town to Belgrade. As Serbian I can tell you that most people in Serbia are friendly and open minded but you can also meet some people who are opposite of that (like in all other countries). I believe it's good that next time (if you come to Serbia again) you could check some places that are worth visiting, there's so much beauty in this country but you didn't cover any of it in your videos 😕. And one more thing, I have to say I'm pretty amazed by how you met so many people who can't speak English since all people I know speak English pretty good 🤔
