Oscar and how many people have the time to dedicate 18 hrs to something... or the resources to maintain a mentor. This was more so for the people who have to somewhat self teach and learn from their mistakes. Pain is absolutely one of the greatest teachers in life. As stated above, it makes you aware!

I should know - before lockdown I was constantly in pain, regularly losing and wasting my time in my mentorship group, lockdown gave me the time and freedom to properly analyse why I was taking my losses and drill down on the parts I was weak in. Through that, I'm well on my way to mastery of those parts, and becoming a profitable trader

Thanx Tom for such a piece of art : Just Amazing ! I love to test any idea/criteria/assumption and do hypothesis statistics tests to get any edge by crunching #'s. I'm interested to know more about the assumptions/criteri'as/questions/ideas that you ask yourself and try to find an answer for by doing stat tests to get numbers ? may you share some of these criteri'as/assumptions ? I'm not interested into packed ready stats , i just wanna get ideas/assumptions/criteri'as/questions/clues/hints to test myself and find related stats for ? maybe i can have more stats into my library.
I am having a hard time really getting settle and follow a solid plan. I only day trade the /YM since its at a good price super liquid and I do not get so clutter like I used to when I was watching many stocks at the same time. What would you do if you were to trade one market all the time? would you scalp it ? make few trades daily or where would you start. I have 10k and I am trading only 1 contract at the time and risking 1% per trade. Also I only trade during business hours and most of the time I do not trade at the opening since I always get caught in the bad side. Thank you for your response in advance

I've always struggled with the notion of "mistakes" in trading. It's the old harry hindsight syndrome. Sell the low because the market isn't pulling back... yes that's a mistake if the market ramps up. But what if you sell at market and lo and behold it tanks another 90 ticks - then it was a great trade instead of a mistake? IMO a "mistake" has to be identifiable at the exact point you pull the trigger. Whatever price does after that click, nobody could have known anyway.

Nothing. I use it myself for charting spot forex. It just happens to be the software of choice for the entire retail market which includes a lot of demoballers ;-)

I do have a short term strategy in which I trade one market which is the Bund. I tend to trade it two or three times each day.

it all comes to following a strategy. get to know when to get in, get out and position size. If you disrespect your strategy, you made a mistake.
