Never heard of 22XL. I wonder if they were the round before the magnum round. Bad ass coach gun brother

The XL came about 1880 (WMR 1959) and the last guns chambered for it around 1916. Ammo in smokeless type had the same power as the LR (standard Velocity).
Just got to get some lead shot and I can try her out Its my "get the hell off my porch" gun LOL , Thanks for watch'in
