- 👋 Here is the last of the Dodge Challenger! This is a 2023 Dodge Challenger RT Plus! The RT packs a 5.7L Hemi V8 with 372 HP and 400 TQ. Since this Challenger also weighs 4,200 pounds, it's not really the faster car out there with a 0-60 time of 5.5 seconds. However the Challenger RT is peppy enough to have some fun in. Especially having rear wheel drive and an 8 speed automatic, the Challenger is fun around town and sounds really good going through the gears! This Challenger RT had the Plus package with really nice dark colored wheels and some luxury features. The interior was pretty nice with leather and alcantara for the seats and you got great tech for the interior. The Challenger is a very large coupe and pretty comfortable in all of the seats and there is plenty of storage space in the interior and trunk. Driving the Challenger RT is what you'd expect. Smooth suspension and a nice exhaust sound. This one had adaptive dampers to soften the ride in comfort mode but then stiffen up a good amount in track mode. Not too much wind noice and the seats are very comfortable. If you are looking for a cool entry level muscle car the Challenger RT is a fun option without breaking the bank. The Sublime green color also really stood out on this 2023 Dodge Challenger RT Plus! In this video, we'll take a look at the 2023 Dodge Challenger RT Plus. We'll discuss the features of the car, including the start up, exhaust, walkaround and test drive. We'll also give you our thoughts on the car, and give you a chance to review it. If you're in the market for a new car, be sure to check out the 2023 Dodge Challenger RT Plus. This car has everything you need and more, making it the perfect choice for drivers of all levels. Thanks for watching!

I only wished they would’ve updated the interior for all the last car models
Yeah they should have done that a long time ago
You say that Again Big Dawg!!!!!
I agree, the interior has been outdated for a long time and at 51k, it's overpriced.
Now they’re down to 35k which is insane but it legit was the same inteiorfor 8years
@@captainskater8047 yeah I still want one lol
I LOVE how clean and basic the R/T is. Doo-dads are great, but having just a car to drive is to me what it's all about-
Was wonderful
Love my 2022 indigo blue 5.7 it’s a nice medium with style and sound but not necessarily fast
Sweet! That’s a great color on these!
150+ ain't fast?
@@Disciple_of_God. Just because a car can go 150 doesn’t mean it’s fast lol. Scat Pack and Hellcat are the ones that will accelerate significantly faster. The RT would probably take a very long time to actually hit top speed. If your used to cars that do 0-60 sub 4 seconds. The RT won’t feel that fast being only 5.4 seconds to 60. Top speed doesn’t mean much. Acceleration is where you feel the sensation of fast.
Love the video.
How do you guys think it would fit a 6'4 280 pounder? Comfortable? I need to have legroom.
Yes you’ll fit challengers are very large compared to other sedans
I'm 6'6 240. Plenty of room.

2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus 5.7L Hemi V8 8-Speed Automatic RWD Blacktop!
Yeah cool Challenger to check out
My dream car this 😢😢😢😢
Love from Bangladesh 🎉🎉🇧🇩🇧🇩
It’s a cool dodge!
I own a 2023 RT plus im loving it so far but after a few months i do kinda want that push back in the seat feel so hopefully i can tune this thing up a bit any suggestions on how i should start
You really won't be able to add much power to an N/A motor. Adding a supercharger will give you noticeable power. But for the same money you can probably sell yours and buy a Scat Pack. That's a pretty powerful car and you won't get bored of that one
Headers heads and cam it. But for that money just get a scat pack
Get a Corvette
Nice
Cool car to check out!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed most definitely gone check out
Respectfully 5.5 seconds is a little conservative of a time. I've done 5.2 on a 90 degree southwest spring day, many have achieved high 4's in the right conditions. I've run 5.2 in my Charger as well.
Yeah I've seen 5.2 pop up for these too
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Like my name/title states I have both a 22 Challenger and a 22 Charger. I haven't played with the 0-60 timer much on both, but my best in both is 5.2. It was easier to achieve that in the Charger. Just loud bark of the tires and let it go. No manual shifting, Sport Mode but turned the traction control back on. The Challenger wanted to fishtail a lot, that was 3/4 down and immediate to the floor to get the 5.2. Didn't need to play with the throttle on the Charger. The Charger is about 200 pounds heavier and has a 2.62 axle gear as opposed to the Challengers 3.08. However neither get driven a ton, current mileage on my Challenger is 1009, and 2253 on the Charger. A little more break in and the times should fall a 1/10-2/10.
I have to hurry up and buy this car quickly.
They're gonna be gone soon. Unreliable EV stuff will take their place.
Yeah they won’t be available for long!
Don't worry I thought the same thing too. You will probably to get a new 23 for dirt cheap as they are hardly selling and theres a million of them. I just got a left over 22 Charger Daytona for $41K was originally going for 49
@@Disasterpiece5150yup found one with a manual for 36k but unfortunately this is a boat of a car
@@devs1590now 2023 new is on sale . Rt around 30k discount more than 10k
Feeny is close to home for me! I bought my ram truck from Feeny!
Oh cool!
I have an sxt always wanted to save up for a widebody scat but used challengers are sketchy and rip challenger
I'm sure you can find a good used one at some point
The dodge in Chattanooga still has new 2023 models with less than 609 miles
That mfr hard 🔥
The starters on these Mopar V8s, mostly the 5.7s have such a distinctive sound that I think kind of sounds like a whale (lol)..but are also loud and mean sounding which makes me love these engines even more.
Yeah you can tell when this enigines crank up!
I just bought this car 1 month ago but my door panel is ungluing
Oh dang! Dodge isn't always perfect on some things. Hopefully thats an easy fix
$51,000? Wow that's a chuck of cash. I bought a 2016 Challenger Scat Pack with 1,200 miles on the odometer fir $41,000 seven years ago. It was also fully loaded.
Yeah this was way too much for an RT. Can buy a used Scat Pack for this money
Agreed, I just negotiated for mines on the 2023 Challenger RT for $45,000 even out the door with 0% financing.
I bought a brand new 2020 scat pack shaker for $37,500 at the end of 2020…how times have changed…dodge wonders why 7/10 of the highest inventory cars in America are Dodges….
I have a bone stock 2018 R/T Shaker plus. It’s 0-60 is in 4.9 seconds. 5.5 is slow. The average is 5.2 on these.
Yeah not too bad
41 - 20? 24 in., Perfect fit?
Thanks for checking out the video!
What the heck? I’m in Gladwin county.
oh nice lol
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I just seen you were in Midland in this video. I came across some brand new 2023 Challenger RT’s in the Detroit area for $33,000. I’m in the market for a V8, rear wheel drive, manual transmission car.
I remember when the R/Ts were $30K brand new only 3 years ago…how do they get away with charging $50K for a car with less than 400hp
now you can find them for as low as $28k, prices are coming back down finally
5 & 39 (yrs., cars?)
Thanks for checking out the video!
This car was nice when it debuted 15 years ago and the refresh was even nicer in 2015 but dodge never really did anything after that to update it however, it sold well so I can understand why they didn’t do it. It’s a shame they’ve come to an end now, but at the end of the day they’re very outdated cars. A modern new version of it would’ve been great like ford did with the mustang.
The rear tail lights are made of cheap plastic. I've seen kids toys made of better plastics. This is cost cutting on Chryslers part. The expensive Hellcats use the same cheap olastic tail light section. If you're spending $80,000 for a Hellcat give people their money's worth.
Yeah you'll find that on Chrysler products for sure
$50k ...huh right now dodge is trying to give these cars away there just sitting on lots you should easily get 10k off the msrp
30k brand new now rt .
Great car, irritating color. Marginal differences with the $32,000 V6. As daily driver the seats spoil the party. They r uncomfortable.
$51K ,,yikes,FYI that sunroof is extra 1300 $,,does it open
