Starz had 4 albums in their initial 70's run.The first, self titled, album by Starz is the gem of their discography and Colosseum Rock is next best. Saw them open for Rush in '78 touring to support Colosseum Rock. They were on Don Kirschner's Rock Concert in '76 when the first album was out. Subway Terror is the standout track on Violation.
Dynasty is in my top 5 of KISS 1. Cherry baby 2. Rock six times 3. Sure know something 4. Dirty living 5. Charisma 6. Majic touch 7. Hard times 8. Steady 9. Save your love
STARZ Violation was their best album sonically and melodically. Albeit Violation came out in '77 shortly before LOVE GUN. Dynasty was in-truth the original KISS last memorable record (and last gasp of popular radio friendly music). I'm inclined to choose Violation over Dynasty based on the recording and production value of the Starz album, it just sounded better through 70s era stereo sound systems.
I had all the Starz albums all the Angel albums then when I became a more mature musician. I sold them not all that great Starz released four albums the main guitar player was Richie Ronno
KISSSSSSSSSSSSS.......WENES------daaaaaaaayuhhhh.... Never liked or got Billy Joel. but FLOYD is awesome, so that one will be easy for me. 1. Cherry Baby (STARZ rules!) 2. Rock six times (SMOKES!) 3. Sure know Somethin' 4. Violation (Love it!) 5. Subway terror!!!!! 6. All night long 7. Hard-times 8. Steady 9. Save your love
Dynasty was for all intents a Paul and Ace album 3 tracks each Gene had 2 but I think he could have done better . Charisma and x ray eyes are kinda of mail it in tracks . Ok but not great.
1. Cherry Baby 2. Rock Six Times 3. Sure Know Something 4. Violation 5. Subway Terror 6. Magic Touch 7. Hard Times 8. Steady 9. Is That a Street Light or the Moon?
Never heard Starz before. I was sorely missing out! Wow

This was my favourite of the four original Starz albums but love Kiss so I'm going for a draw - and it's my opinion remember 😆
