- Is the Shortstache x PolarPro Everyday Filter actually a reliable daily driver?
Yes, and it's even better than you'd expect...
Thanks so much for checking out this super quick vlog! Going to have a lot more content using this beast soon!
Shoutout @PolarProFilters @shortstache for this amazing product! Excited for whatever is next! Кино
Yo, loved this! also the filter is actually crazy! I would love a CPL + pro mist kinda filter, I normally end up stacking them and it vignette's so I would love to get it!
Thank you so much! And yeah it’s crazy!! Been having a ton of fun with it. Exactly, one and done kinda deal which is so helpful.
Great video! Straight to the point. I’ve been thinking about this filter since they announced it lol
Thank you so much! It’s 100% worth getting. The all in 1 is so helpful.
Great Video and such an amazing Filter!
Thanks man! So versatile, can’t wait to show more!
Which filter strength was this? 1/4 or 1/8?
Hey man! Thanks for the question! This is 1/2! I now have 1/2 and 1/4. I love the half but it’s heavy for sure!
I am not getting as strong mist. Mine Everyday Filter is so weak, that unless you will try to overexpose the picture, the effect is just not there at all. Like there is absolutely zero mist in it.
I believe the longer the focal length the stronger the mist effect will be. What focal length are you using?
@@ssingershotz, 35-150mm.
Let’s see if we can get that sorted for ya. Are you using the 1/4 or the 1/2 mist? Personally I’ve noticed the glow is very strong in direct light, and can vanish quickly the further from that source you go. I actually love that in case I need less and can adjust the polarizer or angle, but if you’re looking for more mist aim for the highlights and try the 1/2!
@@thehaydencristina Everyday Filter, so 1/4. 1/2 would be way too strong.
@@zbieraj Nah, I tested both and I had normal black mist filter before. Imo the 1/2 shortstache feels more like a normal 1/4 black mist. I tried the 1/4 shortstache and the mist is REALLY subtle, so I switched to the 1/2 which suits my style way better.
