濃厚抹茶プリン(ゼラチン使用)のレシピ Matcha pudding recipe

抹茶 大さじ1
お湯大さじ1
グラニュー糖 15g
牛乳 120g
生クリーム 80g
粉ゼラチン 3g
水 大さじ1
●抹茶ソース
グラニュー糖 20g
水 40g
抹茶小さじ1
レモン汁 小さじ1/2
生クリームは牛乳でも代用可能。(でも、生クリームを使用した方が濃厚で美味しいです)
美味しさのポイントは抹茶ソースに使うレモン汁なので、省略しないでくださいね♪

1 tablespoon matcha
1 tablespoon hot water
15g Granulated sugar
120g Milk
80g Fresh cream
3g Powdered gelatin
1 tablespoon water
● Matcha sauce
20g Granulated sugar
40g Water
1 teaspoon matcha
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
You can use milk instead of fresh cream, but fresh cream is richer and tastier.
The point of deliciousness is the lemon juice used in the matcha sauce, so don't miss it ♪

写真撮りたかったので型から完璧なプーリンを取り外すようにしましたが何回も失敗してしまいました。。

型から外れにくい場合は、お湯で濡らした布巾で型を温めると外れやすくなりますよ。

hi, may i ask for the fresh cream is it cooking cream or whipping cream ? or it's just fresh cream?

is there a reason why my matcha seems to settle to the bottom? Do i have to stir more?
Matcha is difficult to mix, so add water little by little. Add little by little and mix well to make a paste, then add milk little by little and mix well. If you do not pass the filter when you put it in the mold, large particles will remain and sink to the bottom. Although it says matcha, there are some products that are not matcha with large particles, so please be careful.
これはプリンではなくてムースですね😅
