How was this almost 26 years ago now... Man, I'm getting old. That Vikings team looked destined to win it all. Best team to never even make the Super Bowl and it's not even close.
Interesting that both the PBP and the color man for this game were both former players… that hasn’t happened often (Summerall/Madden doesn’t count, as Madden never played a down in the pros)

He was ok as a sideline announcer, but terrible as a color/play by play. He talked too damn much.
