This was amazing, I was watching the first version at school, people were looking at my computer and were mesmerized. These are the best burnouts an F150 has ever done.
If the 5.0 can withstand that much beating, i guess its safe for me to floor it under an underpass every chance i get without hesitation just to hear that muffler delete. Awesome work! Proud of ya'll keep it up.
That was awesome guys, next time you should do a live event and have it become something like an annual event and treat it as a "tailgate burn out part"
Hi Sam so if I unplug the wire from the battery does that deactivate the cylinder deactivation or not I was watching the video on the Whipple charger installation and you said that only putting the charger on deactivate the cylinder deactivation
Thanks for watching Eric! We tried everything we could think of. Currently the only easy way to turn off cylinder deactivation is to drive in sport mode or tow/haul mode. It requires a change to the programming of the vehicle to deactivate it. Right now getting a Whipple is one way to get a new tune. Livernois Motorsports has cracked the ECU and is selling a revised tune. They also can remove the cylinder deactivation.
4.88 gears were great for burnouts but we decided to make The Wolf fast. It's almost impossible to launch with 4.88 gear ratio. Early next week we will drop a video that will blow your mind. The Wolf is about to go hunting....
@@BackroadDriver that 3.5 0-60 was insane. Looked like it just hooked and she gone lol. My I don't have much at all done to mine other than basic. Leveling kit. Tuner. Thought about swapping out intake manifold with a boss 302 or something like that. One thing I noticed about my tuner is the loss of torque and power launching off the line. But then makes up for it in mid to high rpm ranges. But days I wanna burn rubber. I want the low end power and something better than a one tire fire lol
Oh hell yeah! Light a fire in it. Quick question, do you have line lock? Would you like to have line lock. I used to have it n my Mustangs. It’s great. Lol your brakes are getting eaten up. Whew! That rear carrier is holding up very nicely! The fire department comes rolling in. Lol. Nice touch!
@@BackroadDriver that’s what I was afraid of. It seems like every time I want to do something cool or add something cool to my 2018, it takes an act of Congress to do it. That sucks! But maybe someone will adapt the Mustang line lock the an F150 one day without a hassle. Good video nonetheless!
I know this vid is 2 years old so this might get lost in all the comments you get but my 16 only ever does a one tire fire, if I lock my diff with the e locker it doesn’t light up at all. Any idea why this is? Too much brake pressure?
Came back to say brake pressure was my issue but the power dies 3 seconds after they light up even with traction control, stability control, and advanced trac turned off
We broke the stock rear end. The truck came without the e-locker. We put a Ford Performance LSD in. Broke it in two. Just put a 2nd Ford Performance LSD in and won’t be doing donuts for a while so we can race for about 20 videos. We just put this one out on Town and Country TV’s channel. Check them out and let ‘em know The Mizer Brothers sent ya! ruclips.net/video/bvwX-irog8o/видео.html
@@BackroadDriver damn alright😂 thanks for the reply. I never really knew how much my Elocker would hold up to so I didn’t push it too hard. Guess now I know lol
You are correct! That was terrible for the trans. We knew we would be building the trans for drag racing so we decided to push it as far as we could. Here was the trans build process video and you can see the damage. ruclips.net/video/_QZmhq1IoFo/видео.html
@@BackroadDriver Mine goes in a week from tomorrow for the Roush 2650 stage 1 blower kit. Got a smokin' deal ($6,500 INSTALLED) and it comes with the blower, injectors, throttle body, CAI, and tune. Truck is a 2019 supercrew 4x4 5.0 with 50,000 miles (bought it brand new and been tuned by 5 star since 4,000 miles)... To hell with warranty!!!!! 😆 Also has a 3" lift all the way around it and I run a set of 2019 Raptor take offs. I topped it out at 145 mph on e85 (w/e85 tune on stock wheels/tires) cause I'm an idiot. Only does 129/130 on the 87 performance tune, e85 makes a huge difference

Thanks Juan! These 5.0’s are tough!
I was dubious of the title "Worlds bet video". Damn solid! Well done. :)
We like to party.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not so extreme and 10 being extremely extreme, I GIVE THIS A 9.5 WOOOOOOOO! light it up!
Thanks Eli!
Definitely needed more of that ear touching sound. Those videos hit all the good senses man. Dang fine job yet again!
I enjoy both videos. But have some greatness to them long life the burnouts
Awesome job guys
Thanks Sandman!
That was definitely the most bad@ss thing I've seen today, besides school boards defying Abbott. Awesome work guys! The Wolf wow!
That was awesome guys, next time you should do a live event and have it become something like an annual event and treat it as a "tailgate burn out part"
Diff locked? And how did you get traction control to let you hold it that long lol. Mine even holding it down for like 15 seconds it still gets mad
Wow, just WOW... That was epic...
This is awesome guys!!!
Thanks Zach! More of that coming down the pike!
Awesome video. You guys can do the next set in my driveway. It needs a good seal coat. 😁
We only do 11’s and S’s. Our rollers are 12” wide but they are hard to control.

Love it that burnout be a 8/10
Burn length = epic 5
Burn distance = epic 5
total burn out score = epic 10
smoke screen bonus = 5
Cool factor bonus = 5
your burn out score = 20
You might not ever see us do that again. That was expensive. A lot of stuff broke that day...
I'm coming to party with you guys! I think I'll try and light a cigar off those brakes
It would have worked after #4. Just not sure about smoking metal. That stuff was nasty.
What rear end is in that truck. I don't like my 3.31 open diff. Or do you have the pull out locker.
It currently has a 3.55 gears and limited slip diff in it. We had moved up to 4.88 gears with thoughts of going bigger tires but we changed our minds.
@@BackroadDriver thank you. Watching your video on 4.88 gears now. Damn that truck is loud lol thanks for the reply. Keep making thos videos

I have a 2018 f150 5.0 I plan to add the whipple 3.0 and a tune not for huge power but enough but also reliable

The burnout was so cool I’ve been in one of these doing donuts I will rated the las number ever bc it’s so nice I want one too
Boom!
I beat Marc again! Haha!
Still lucky....
Take that truck to cleetas and cars!
lmao fire marshal bill
Let me show you something!
Reminds me of when i had my supercharged f150
Nothing else like it!
Coyote baby🤟🏻
Be a good time to invest in a high quality mask😂. Better make a donation to the fire department
I just got a 23 f150 single cab 5.0 but it only burns out from one tire how come???
Open differential
10/10 👍👍
Thanks Moe!

This thing sounds like a NASCAR.
NASTRUCK! I love it!
Just found you guys, Awesome content
Wait till we get the old 96 Bronco build going. We are going off-road ASAP.
This is amazing what is top end on this f150 and I think you need new brakes and new lungs that’s a 10 👍
So same truck but with 3.5l 25890 miles wife drives it transmission went out!
Dang!
What gear were these done in?
All of them. The first set I tried to manually shift and kept almost redlining. The last 3 sets it just let it shift.

It will be different but I think we can keep it in low gear and make it happen. The Wolf is evolving.
10!!!!!
Can only imagine the smell from that
I have flashbacks to that day every time we do a burnout in the truck.
What has been the weakest link in Wolf? Transmission;)
And spider gear in the rear end.

The stock locker disengages when you get to about 30MPH. It is pretty safe.

The stock locker cuts out at 30. Ours is on all the time. I bet it could be tuned out.

10.1/10 burnouts😂
Thanks Kolby! This may be my favorite video we’ve ever made.
That poor poor transmission may it rest in pieces 😔
I'll say 30!
Thanks!
Awesome the feeling its amazing i burn my stock 20 up so much fun 2018 5.0L platinum
It’s one of the best feelings on earth! Thanks for watching!

This is the most american thing ever

More donuts and like let go of the gas lightly snake tails
Sad as skids for 700 hp probably a 2 for points
