For anyone reading, VG249Q doesn't have that problem. This problem only exists on VG249Q1R and VG249Q1A.

if use HDMI port, it can be 144hz or not?

Haven't try it yet. But u get free display port cable when u buy this monitor

Display port can support 144hz, but because my internet speed is low and ping is high so i cant get 144fps

@@ricosonic my fps cant get above 100 even i set it at 144fps at in game setting. Maybe my cpu or gpu is bottleneck?
