Stick Mobility Drills To Open Up The Hips, Upper Back, Lats, Pecs, Obliques

    Thanks to my ace boon coon @theobowie who got me this @stickmobility gift I've been able to play around and really open some areas up. I, like many people, sit into my right hip and lean to that side with the upper body too - we humans prefer it since it's easier for us to breathe in that position. Because of that my right QL, external obliques, lats, etc end up being short and wound up. Apart from doing my PRI, reset and breathing drills adding the stick mobility to open up that side has been 👌🏽💰
    I love that I can push and pull with the stick creating tension and opening up specific lines under tension.
    You'll notice I'm full exhaling through the mouth and inhaling through the nose when I'm in the positions. You have to be able to breath in a position to own it and also, controlling your air flow also affects mobility, not to mention fully exhaling releases tension.
    This falls under some of the things you can do daily to help you with moving and feeling better - for me this helps the low back a lot.

    Can i ask if your stick is the normal thickness or the pro thickness,?,just deciding which one to get,,thanks
