  • NomOusse is a great tubeless offroad solution for allowing you using low pressure. The internal nomOusse tube is inflated at a pressure between 4 to 6 bar and because this you are going to have 360 rim lock on wheel. Second air valve is there for outside pressure, you can adjust it between 0.0 bar and 1.0 bar.
    Using lower pressure like 0.3 bar will make huge improvement in finding traction and grip in enduro terrain. I did testing with Hard tyre and i was really happy with this system, in future i will test it with medium tyres and supersoft ones.
    Compared to neutech tubliss this system is not getting pinch flats so easy, maybe because the design is bigger, what do you think ?

    Hello, Nomousse is an invention of 2 enduro-loving Spanish engineers. Here in Spain it is very well known and it really works well. The tires have to be medium or hard carcass if you use a very soft carcass tire you can crack the tire. In Spain the climate is drier than in Northern Europe and there are many stones and roots. Maybe it works for you and a soft one does not break, it is a matter of trying.

    I think the rim lock on the Tubliss system is to prevent the tire from spinning on the rim in the event that the high pressure tube fails. Can always carry a few heavy duty zip ties for that though. Edit- checked the price and it looks like it will be a lot more than Tubliss to get one to Canada. Bummer, looks like a nice system.

    • @DiDoSvK
      @DiDoSvK 3 года назад

      yes exactly,tubliss is better overall

    • @leroywilliams7210

      Also at low pressures the tire can slip and a rim lock is necessary.

    • @ThisTall

      Did you manage to get one in to Canada and try it?
      I have a set of full Mousse wheels for hard enduro, and a set of HD tube wheels for more Adv rides. But I’ve had enough flats in HD tubes last year to try something else. Problem is there’s precisely as many tubliss haters on line as there are fans. So hoping this noMousse might be a solution.

      @ThisTall try a Luciolli , you won't get a pinch flat with that and run as low psi as you want. It's just a little heavy but I don't notice it on the rear wheel.

      @MitjaMan Месяц назад

      @@Matthew-wn8oqin the last 2 months there were 3 lucioli fails among our riders, not to mention it weighs 3 kilos. Tublis/traxxy is way superior compared to lucioli

    I think you are not honest... there is no way that the inside part of the tire is not rubbing against the blue liner at below 0.4 bar! You said 0.2 bar and looking new... at 0.2 bar you will occasionally touch the red liner of the TuBliss system which, by-the-way, is way inside the rim than nomousse. Those familiars with TuBliss or this concept will understand what I mean.
