Incredible video! When it’s a larger company, who is the best person to contact about hiring needs?

The VP of Talent Acquisition, Head of Talent, Head or VP of Recruiting. Essentially the decision makers on the talent team.

Video is great, many thanks, but I want to ask why would an employer who has paid already to Linkedin or Indeed for a job posting, would be spending more money on recruiting by hiring an agency? He / She has already paid!

I use sales navigator because that's what I was taught to use but is recruiter technically a better software?

This is a great video! Do you recommend hiring an in-house employee to oversee your biz development? If so, how soon?

For me, I have my recruiters do biz dev and sourcing. A complete full-desk and full-cycle recruiter. However, I know a lot of teams separate it. Biz dev is one of the most important functions so it's very important at least one person on your team is well-versed in this ASAP.

@@TheMillionaireRecruiter Thank you so much for your response! I really need to scale my business, but clients are slow. Do you recommend getting a biz loan to scale?

Thank you very much for sharing your insight, quick question - If you send an email using Sales Navigator does it look different for the person who receives it compared to sending an email to client using LinkedIn Recruiter? Please share your thoughts!

Hi Rooney. Thanks for this video.
A quick question: when you are just starting, do you go for small companies, startups or corporations ?
I’m specialised in Tech, Spain is my location for the moment.
    Thanks.

Depends! Start with your network and connections that could lead you to bigger companies or startups. Startups tend to be good targets for colder outreach though as they may lack resources for recruiting.

Is it really that easy to get clients? Because sourcing candidates is what I’ve been doing so far for another recruiter, and I’ve pretty much mastered that.

As long as you have candidates you can skill market, it could be a bit easier

@@TehStylishone “Skill market” - new term for me. What does it mean? Thanks!
