Hi Whitney, you can try to find anyone else’s email that works in the organization, then copy the nomenclature. ie, you find an email address for Mary Beth and her email is m.beth@google.com and she is not who you’d like to contact. You’d like to contact Bill Brown so you’d try out b.brown@google.com and see if it works
Not sure if you’re able to answer this question but how long does it typically take a new Business Development manager at a new staffing agency to get clients? My husband started this new position 7 weeks ago and it’s been a struggle. He’s doing everything you’ve recommended but wondering if the slowing economy might be having an impact. I’d appreciate any advice you can give.
Depends. How much daily outreach is he doing? How many follow up emails? What does his LinkedIn look like? What are his messages? So much to digest in order to really know the problem. I will say, it’s been too long if he’s focusing on it. It shouldn’t take more than 3 weeks.
