This video was helpful, thank you! Instead of an excel spreadsheet I typically create a Saved Search in LinkedIn Recruiter and add to it, then go back to it and change some of the search parameters based on the position I'm recruiting for!

Newbie question! Wish I could see your excel sheet to learn.. so does an ATS do what your spreadsheet would? Or do you work with both ATS and your own tracking sheets?

I personally do both because I like a certain layout I don't think an ATS has.

I tried the Recruiter Lite and did not go with it. Once the trial time was over my account is now blocked all searches show only three individuals. Before the trial I could do all kinds of sourcing. Be aware. 😌
