Six was first believed to be a girl because the character's description on the official website says so. But more recently, the developers seemingly decided to change it so that the gender is unknown.

1. Yes that is a Geisha look and yes that is a Kimono she is wearing (can also be called a Yukata if it's during a summer festival)
2. Six does have a gender. Six is a girl. It's on the game's official website
3. The DLC boy (as far as I know) does not have a name. He's just a fellow prisoner on the boat that Six is escaping from. Playing the game for yourself will reveal why ;)
4. Love what you did. You did these characters justice making anime versions of them. And yes, Little Nightmares is a scary game. It leaves you guessing a lot of things, though

They started to say Six is not confirmed a gender, Which the theorist believe the creators trying to hide the fact of her being a girl to hide the connection between the six to a painting of the lady with a girl that looks like six.

I like to stick with the fact that six is female, mainly because in her story she is supposed to succeed the place of her mother, The Lady, who supposedly commanded everyone to where masks, which is why there are so many "monsters," and attempts to destroy everyone who is more beautiful than her, this includes Six and Seven/The run away kid, and why there are children being put in body bags and being shipped off into the kitchen. hope this helps :)
