These guys are the best damn bow hunters I’ve ever seen. I’ve prob watched zachs 20yard bedded buck video like a hundred times. The one where he crawled up on him, I think he had a triax at the time. That was incredible. Just a great bunch of guys, all of them. And then ya got the ranch fairy. He’s got a wicked set up. Unlimited pigs all year round. I’d love to spend a day out on the ranch with Troy. The guys bigger than life. It would be awesome to spend a day wackin some pigs
That man is a blessing to modern day archery. The real world practical knowledge is very rare today.

It's awesome to get entertaining hunting videos in the middle of summer. Love Jake's reactions. Very honest. Also important: a THP and Ranch Fairy collaboration is good exposure for heavy, high FOC arrows and cut-on-contact broadheads. IMO that is good for bow hunting as a whole.

You’re are a wonderful group of young hunters. As for Troy I’m one of those old hunters that was fooled by the fast arrow thing but after seeing Troy and the high foc thing I changed over and it works. Many thanks to Troy and DR. ED. I only killed 1 last year with bow, it was the only 1 I shot it went 35 yards and took a nap

I drank the koolaid. 300gr our front for my first elk season. I’m so glad you guys are teaming up with El Rancho! Skewered my first two deer ever last season because of you guys and I hope to put an elk in my freezer this September. Can’t thank you all enough!

Gotta love Troy ! What a cool guy and funny as hell. Being a native west Texan, I can say from experience that some of those scorpions are no joke and can ruin your day fast.

the dead white scorpion was actually the molted skin that a live scorpion left there. Scorpions shed their skin just like snakes when they grow out of their current exoskeleton. I would put money that the molt belonged to the scorpion that was sitting in the chair. He probably shed his skin a couple hours before and then sat in that chair while his new exoskeleton hardened up.

Lived down in Texas between Corpus and Houston for about 20 years. They got's some feral hogs in that state. Shot more than I can remember with rifle and bow. When working nights was a rare night that I didn't see some.
Don't get too spoiled off of that hunting off of feeders, lol. Mind you, I grew up hunting whitetails on public land in Louisiana and Arkansas. Love me that public land hunting.

Thanks for the inspiration! I've got a little 10 acre "ranch" up in north central Texas and the pigs run on the feeder like clockwork. Earholed several w/rifle (one while sitting in my truck w/the rifle out the driver side window rested on the mirror) and they drop where they stand. But I've never taken one with a bow yet. Bow hunting pigs is now my summer season goal. I love pig hunting, and harvesting with a bow will add a new element of challenge to the mix. Happy hunting gents!

That was great. I made a heart shot on a sow one time. She made it about 10 yards, and I have never seen blood pour like that. I couldn’t find my arrow. The next day my dad found it about 60 yards away sticking out of a small pig’s neck. Meat was no good on the second one. But I thought it was cool to get two for one on hogs with an arrow.

for future reference if you get a decent uv light, you can track blood real easy at night. it glows super bright under a UV.

HOG SEASON, more videos please I know you guys like the fixed blades but please try some of 2"- 3" swackers and grim reaper whitetail extreme or rage extreme. Just watched a harvest with a 3" swacker crossbow broadhead mounted on an arrow shaft and it laid the hog flat. Extend the season with HOGS. THANK YOU

I made the switch to a 250 grain cutthroat on a 300 spine 28” fmj this season. Hope it pays off, and hopefully Arron will get a chance to use those cutthroats so I can assess their potential😂

My arrows are a little shorter than that and a 300 gr point was just a perfect bullet hole. The 250s and 275 were nice, but the 300 was perfect. Going with 300 gr Aboyers

Good job Jake!! I’m drinking the Ranch Ferry koolaid for this upcoming Sept. bow hunting! Pigs are tough as nails and I have personally lost 2 giant boars with the twizzlers and flappers.
