- After a bit of a break, we finally have a new video! In this episode, we make it to the Mediterranean and back onto a sailboat. But first, we stop in Verona for a night out at the "opera" and have a few glorious days in Piran, Slovenia. If you ever have a chance to go to Slovenia, please, please do. We promise, you won't regret it! From there, we just can't bear seeing the crystal waters of the Med without going sailing. So we charter a boat in Croatia and spend a week doing not much of anything. Life just doesn't get any better.

not a problem that you are boat people, taking a break and doing something wonderfully different sometimes is what it takes to find that out, and now you will be laser focused, well maybe until you think of another side adventure, how fun is that, try an rv next, looking forward to the rest of your sidecar adventure.
They're on the next one already aboard a beautiful 67' sailboat waiting for the weather to clear in Portugal to cross the Atlantic!

Yaaay Croatia. We've spent the last three weeks in Hvar and love it. Sad to leave but on to the Alps. Hope to make it to Slovenia as well before our year is over. Thanks for sharing the adventure.
Your viewers can tell that you guys are happier on a sailboat. Taking a break from sailing will only allow you the opportunity to appreciate it when you return to the
water. Riding a motorcycle across Europe is amazing, and you guys are having fun,
but it appeared you were happiest under sail (personal opinion). The numbers do not lie, you had a lot more views when you guys were sailing. As one of your viewers suggested, it would make an amazing video for Monday Never to sail from Europe back to BVI or America. Sail Europe or somewhere overseas. We "the viewers" realize Monday Never's attraction to sailing, I keep waiting for you guys to come to the realization. No matter what you do, I wish you happiness; safe travels, warmest regards.

I would bet you have many more traveling to do in the Med area, but like you said you are boat people. I have always thought when you are done motoring along and seeing Europe, you will find a boat to bring you home. Just know, we really like your videos, I personally think you want to be on the water, and I thank you for sharing your experiences!

We fiiiiiinally have consistent internet and got to see what you were up to! Your videos are totally inspirational. The gears are turning in my head and now I want to get a motorcycle and go touring (this is Jose typing). I wonder what Gina would think about that haha! We'll have to meet up for drinks again and swap stories. And since you're boat people (that part made me shed a tear because I totally get you!), you guys need to come spend some time with us sailing! The boat's in NZ, we're in Bali taking a break from it and we'll be in SF in January and probably February and perhaps a little longer (low tide, written in sand plans). See you there?

I've been to Slovinia, a little place called Koper. can't say about enjoying the sights of the Dalmatian Coast, as that was back when I was on the Saratoga and we were there launching strikes in support of Bosnia. Happy Trails.

You guys forgot the link for Patreon. Loving your adventure throughout Europe! I think next season you should think about sailing the west coast from Alaska to Panama, then head west through the Pacific! Done well, it could take a few years until you reach Australia, and beyond!!!! That could make for one heck of a docu series.

So glad you enjoy my old stomping ground ! Croatia really is one of the best places in teh world to sail (or motor ;-) so guys .. when the sidecar trip is over , can I make a suggestion ? ;-) buy a small yacht in Croatia and do the Med !.. slowly

Both you guys look so happy. I wasn't sure if Will would be smiling after watching the last few videos before you sold the boat. Nice to see him smiling and so happy when you guys left the dock and sailed away! I had no doubt Cat would be thru the roof getting back on the boat.
I can't wait to see more videos of this short sail but what I'm really looking forward to is your first Atlantic crossing on such a beautiful boat! Also hope you made sure the fishing gear on board is up to the task! Did you sneak any of those free lures into one of your bags?

Is it a forgone conclusion that season 3 will entail your trials (or lack of) selling the Ural and buying a boat to venture back across the Atlantic to the comfort of the BVI?

Sell the motor bike and side car , get back to sailing, of which you seem to enjoy.
BACK ON A BOAT!!!! Loose the scooter and head for the Pacific. It's the only way! (Unless you still want to have babies). As someone who had his kids young with lots of friends who had them much latter, I have to tell you, if you still plan to do that, the younger the easier. Then when you sail away, you'll have your babies with you which makes everything ten times better and you'll still be young. I figure it, two kids, leaving when the youngest is four, and then it's a six year plan. I'm excited.

Curious about the costs involved in chartering that boat. Plus, where did you put the side car during your charter? I think you need to get back into sailing, it seems to be what you enjoy the most!
