If it's in the kitchen then good ventilation system is the key otherwise the heat from the food will just keep on stacking
elswhere inside usually good isolation from the outside is enough - you don't even need AC
i work in warehouse that is well isolated and it's like a cave inside - no AC
i used to work at warehouse where there was minimum requirement isolation and i was extremly hot in the summer and freezing in the winter.
idk how i would feel going for icecream in the freezer and had to look under the undees ...

Why do so many Americans give themselves the title of Executive Chef on this show? An Executive Chef is a chef who is responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth running of several establishments, each of which will have a Head Chef in charge of carrying out that work but will still be answerable to the Executive Chef. None of the people on this show - apart from Gordon Ramsay - are Executive Chefs. Gordon has several restaurants with superb Head Chef's cooking the menu that Gordon created. That's how the system works. Gordon's first impression of anyone calling hemselves an Executive Chef must be one of either annoyance at their ignorant egotism or laughter at...well, their ignorant egotism yet again. I've always hoped he'd call one of them out on their stupidity and ask them to explain why they have the title. Most would turn out to be Head Chef's at best.

From what I remember Trevor was also a pain in the arse, I wouldn't employ the majority which turn up for this programme, and I've also been a chef for longer than Gordon Ramsay who is actually very nice out of the kitchen as we all are, only so much we can take when we're supposed to be working as a team getting food out
I'm amazed how many "Executive Chefs" on his American shows can't make a risotto, or even cook meat properly. They're a joke.

I feel he didn't pronounce it even close to correctly though. I'm not familiar with the word, but I remember how to pronounce poisson from French lessons at school

I think Raj can cook. He just couldn’t deal with the Hell’s Kitchen pressure. Also he became the target to everyone else almost instantly.
I’m not saying he wasn’t bonkers but I do feel for him a bit
its not just Raj wasn't one of the 2 people up for elimination he wasn't even on the losing team when he was eliminated (this hardly ever happens) I think its telling that he even screwed up leaving like he screwed up everything he touches, I think out of all of hells kitchen history there have only been two chefs that tanked the team up to such a devastating effect being Raj and Elise at least Raj got kicked off relatively quickly we were stuck with Elise till nearly the final in her season.

Your thoughts that Raj is just an act. I'm fairly convinced that on this show only about 6 of the contestants are genuine the rest are there for entertainment purposes only.
If that's true, it definitely works. Many people love confrontational TV, and that's the only reason I watch Ramsay's shows.
@@barrymitchell6444 I don't know for certain but my gut feeling is that only the black jackets are the genuine contestants with 6 of the other "contestants" are there to walk them through the menu in the initial stages (so they are genuinely chefs they just aren't there to win the show) and then the rest are there to create confrontation so it doesn't just become a cookery show.

@@barrymitchell6444 Do you not also notice that at the start there are 6 contestants that show promise at the start but fade away toward the end, i suspect they are the teachers of the genuine contestants that then need to get eliminated cause they aren't genuine contestants.
