Gene was right about Sandler. Too bad he didn’t live long enough to see Punch-Drunk Love.

Gene: "Adam Sandler has a better movie in him. Go make it!"

I don’t understand how Roger doesn’t understand the wink and the nod that is the Subway advertisement

I’m surprised Usual Suspects didn’t get nominated for Best Picture.

I loved Ebert, but he was such a star F-er. Siskel nailed the late night review. It was honest.

I think they were way too hard on Adam Sandler and Chris Farley. Happy Gilmore is my favorite Adam Sandler movie

    My reviews for each film

The main problem with the Late Shift was the casting. Kathy Bates was the best actor among the regulars, and she actually looked a lot like Helen Kushnick. As for the two stars, well, I kept being distracted by that dang chin on the actor playing Leno, and the guy playing Letterman wasn't even close, IMO.

"Happy didn't seem very happy."........................that's the joke?

  • @randycunningham7318

Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, Will Ferrell and others were the death of comedy.

  • @scottkalinowski7185

this movie without a doubt is Sandler's best and funniest movie, Siskel and Ebert just don't get it.
