Wow, thank you guys so much for doing this! Blind Guardian is easily one of my all time favorite bands, and this is one of their best songs. They are very, very niche... speed metal opera, basically, so not to everyone's taste. Not very many reactions to them in the RUclips sphere. I get that 10 minute+ power metal songs about fantasy literature are a bit out of step with the TikTok age, but Blind Guardian can inject it into my soul! Hansi's layered choir vocals mixing with screaming guitars is just pure sonic alchemy to me.

Hmm, I think you guys misinterpreted the lyrics. I'm pretty sure it's not saying Saidin is precious and sweet, but that the precious and sweet is calling out to Saidin. :)

Yeah it is a character calling Saidin precious and sweet which they completely misinterpreted.
