Muy bueno para patada frontal. Si de repente la persona cambia la patada y tira una low kick ¿irían tibia contra tibia?

It will work. You just need the perfect timing to stop the full power which is by the knee cap above or below it about a couple inches. You would have to stop it before it gets its full power. Its all about structure, timing, quick reflex, confidence in mind, feeling and how to change quickly properly for a follow up etc. But theres a lot with the drills that help the mind. A lot of wc students are robotic but need to learn to use it in a freeway with power and structure. Hope this helps. Good day.

I like Sifu Sergio. He has a lot of knowledge. Much respect. We all need to learn and explore ourselves and see the different variations of the styles of kung fu and other martial arts.

@macktheknife888 Mac,Sifu Sergio has taught in Amsterdam and I've seen the guys there...tall as trees! I am small myself, and find no problem using this technique with taller guys. It's a matter of their distance to you, not their length. If they are at a long distance you hit, if they are at a close distance the bottom wedge of the bong gerk protects you and you hit too. The side movement of the hip/knee displaces their hit rather efficiently. Works with side kicks too with little modification.
