I always wonder how much of a herd animal humans are? And us INFJ and INFP’s are circling the herd like the sheep dog, keeping our distance but still part of the big picture. I wonder now when I see someone still doing the 6 ft thing: are they doing it as the bubble or are they something else I cannot understand? Then I think, yeah, I’m sure I look like a weird oh too and move on with my day😂 Peace ☮️

narcissistic-stare can mess with ya big time if you let your guard down , (in case someone is not familiar , it can affect one's "bubble") . But more commonly like what happened to me in the thrift store the other day this women kept coming right up to the VERY SPOT where I was looking at stuff; I would move, then she would follow, she seemed nice, she would make small talk, she didn't say anything mean, it was just so so irritating!! I kinda "blew -her- off".

Yes! My bubble is about 12 feet, sometimes more if my frequency is higher. Anger feels like heat and anxiety feels like a bouncing leg to me. I loved the six foot rule! Now we've gone back to me asking people to back up when they're standing on my back when we're waiting in line somewhere! I can feel their impatience on the back of my neck!

Yes exactly. I love your description of this. Wow, I couldn't have said it better myself. Anger is like heat that's an perfect explanation. Thanks for watching.

Agreed! The only trouble with the 6 foot space during covid is you were easier to notice and It made me feel uncomfortable just standing around in a queue, waiting to get into a shop. Gotta love the early morning when not many people are around. Plenty of space then.

My collegue and me still joke about our 6 mile rule because of covid 😂
As an INFJ, I have to think if I agree with what you said about our tertiary function.... Yeah, probably, actually, like your feelings tell me how I should feel. However, that could also be codependency, and it could well be both. Having enough personal space is peaceful, though...

3 feet is the standard I have noticed. I believe there has been some study on this in the past, but I can't recall the exact article. If you come across any information on the topic, feel free to share with the community. Thanks for watching.

Yeah, 3 feet, rookie numbers, 6 feet, still not the best, not the worst, 10 feet, good, 20 feet, preferable. As long as I am in the same house as someone else, I can feel them, the further away the better but humans don't give that all the time.
