    24 hrs fasting na ko. So far so good. Di na nahuhumaling sa rice, pasta, breads and mga carbs.
    Black coffee no sugar , water lang during fasting.

    This is the best method of losing weight that works for me at di ako pinahirapan. Di ako nagutom at di ako nawalan ng gana mag exercise. Just to share, back in January ive reach my heaviest weight which is almost 100 kgs yes kgs not lbs. but then I realized this is not the body that for my dream job. Now i lose 21 kgs already in my 4th month. And i wont stop i reach my target weight which is 58 kgs. Hope to fly with u soon ate

    simula ng ginawako ng tama si IF. .naging madali na sakin ngaun ung pag control ko sa pagkain less sodium and sugary foods na ko . .sa loob ng 14 days from 104kgs naging 98 kgs nlng ako. thank you ate sa pag share ng kaalam mo.

    hello Ms Aileene. yehey i loveyou.
    started 7 april isa ka sa nakapag motivate sa akin. 8 May nag weigh ako 7 kgs nawala sa akin 4 inches nawala sa waist ko and normal bmi of 23.7 na ako. yehey!😊 ang galing mo mag explain and ang galing mo mag motivate. 😍 love you. by the way one week lang ako nag 16/8 the rest omad na ako kasi gusto ko din autophagy. thanks.

    Fasting aq ng 24 hours kaso uminom aq ng water na may salt and lemon after fasting. Nka dalawang baso ata aq kasi nagka constipation aq sa intermittent fasting. Paggising q ung 59.4kg q kahapon naging 60.5kg even 24 hrs n ung fasting q tas vege salad and fish lng nman kinain q.

    Anong klaseng IF yung ginagawa nyo? Mine is 16:8 pero OMAD pag maghapong tulog 😂. I either do IF or keto, or both. I only eat more than 100g of carbs/sugar pag nakumpleto ko ung fast. If not naman, then less than 20g of carbs lang. That's my "cheat day." What about you? 🥦

      ako po ba ask mo Ms Aileene?
      first week i did 16/8 tinantiya ko muna kung kaya ko. so far ok naman so the next week nag proceed ako for omad. mindful din po ako sa 20 gms low carb and no sweets and sodas at saka ang pinaka favorite kung chips. my God dapat talaga malakas willpower to avoid junks. as of now since nornal na bmi ko, parang gusto ko naman sana kahit 135 to 130 man lang weight ko. kaso pala the more na malapit ka na sa goal weight the more makapit ang fats. 😂😢. currently doing omad pero pag nd maiwasan 16/8 nalang. umagine, ang pinaka cheat ko 16/8. hahaha.😊😃😂. thankful pa din ako sa if since minsan nag EF ako, nawala na palagi sakit ng ulo ko, and talaang nag glow pala skin. totoo talaga si autophagy. thanks Ms Aileene. Pls continue motivating others. ♥♥♥

      @@edelynjestre291Nakaka-motivate pag nakikita mo na ung skin mo na gumaganda noh? For me ung attention span ko normally sobrang iksi kaya ang pag-edit ng videos sakin inaabot ng 3 days. Pano edit saglit sabay mamaya naglalaro nako ng candy crush. Pag maayos ung fasting ko saka keto, dami ko natatapos 😂

      U do keto when you cant complete ur lets say 16 hrs fast,ryt?what if u consume too much fats on yr cheat day?wont it be added as another painful pound?I seem to be doing this but not sure if my "cheat day" is on the acceptble amount of carb..

      Usually, confusing talaga ang info na binibigay nila. Inconsistent. Pero hindi lang naman siya yung ganyan, marami rin. Follow mo na lang yung latest vid niya.

    I am so impressed on how you explain this. Kaya lang nung nag start ako nitong IF first 2 weeks it was working, pero the followong weeks wala na nangyari. Maybe i was doing the wrong way and maybe age related, too. Tsaka natatakot ako na baka ang kinakain ko ay naggi gyerahan na sa loob lalo akong magkasakit. Anyway, thanks sa video mo and i will watch your other videos for additional learning.

    Good Evening, ask ko lang po, nung nag LC kayo at nag workout kayo. Di ba kayo nag gain ng weight?
    I noticed kasi, nag LC and Workout ako. Strict/Dirty diet po ako and OMAD/TMAD and gym, pero nag gain ako lalo ng weight. 🥺
