I actually watched a suggested video by a rapper who was absolutely flabbergasted and excited af because apparently what Han does here rhythmically is called quintuplets - I may not be good at explaining but I understood it as making your own 5er rhythm on the 4er that is the given rhythm of the song and he said it's really hard to do and that only few rappers in K-Pop have done quintuplets - now Han here has done 2 back to back which he said he was the first to do. Quintuplets don't come naturally, you have to be really good and practice them well to make it work
