I love this layout that where I’m going to build my own layout just like this one it’s going to take me days or months to finish the layout lots of weathering and lots of tracks and wiring
@@nsmodeler24 This comment was like giving away the end of a movie. I didn't realize you were remixing I thought you had discovered a sound miracle. Saw a comment you are going to medical school. What a waste of talent.
The detail is fantastic. I thought it was real for the first 30 seconds then I did not see the railroad official move. I am in awe of the level of realism and the amount of work it takes to do such things. The sound effects on the video are also impressive.
I’ve watched three minutes but can tell this layout is absolutely amazing. Love how there is foreground trees and scenery. I realize it’s in reach zone but strategically placed it adds to realism.
It's the pace/speed ease of movement that makes reality. At least the appearance thereof and of course the sounds that are tastefully and articulately applied. Kudos to all. I've driven working steam (believe it or not) and diesel locomotion (well retired) and I am very impressed and (virtually) taken back. Many thanks. Pete
Awesome layout. I see the train we are following has the single BNSF "Vomit Bonnet" experimental scheme, plus two SD70MACs in executive scheme in the trailing positions. Quite an awesome consist to see.
It’s funny I was just watching your previous Fall River Division video because I was bored lol. This is a truly incredible layout and it’s so nice to see other modelers visit other peoples’ layout. His layout is truly so inspiration, just like yours. Splendid job, Josh. - Matt
absolutely incredible. so close to real life; vegetation, water extremely convincing. gotta say, I can't help thinking of the movie 'Beetlejuice' - I'm surely not the only person who'd like to be scaled down to 1:87 for a tour... PS model trains, real sound; brilliant result. awesome video, many thanks for posting!!!
2:53 that scene is like an Amtrak Station in Selma NC where there a double track that's runs pass by the Station and a Single track just a few miles North from the Station
I love the narration and views just not the sound, I think most if not all model railroaders like the sounds the trains make on there own not artificial
I can't really understand how any person have the space, the time, the money, the skill and passion do this, I just sit here and admire your piece of art. Greetings from Sweden!
amazing layout and educational commentary -very well done -my heart beats faster at 3:35, 7:20, 7:40 with the 3 EMD SD70MACs -can't explain why think the Greinstein paint scheme is the nicest, in particular 9647 with thin red stripes
GREAT VIDEO AWESOME INFORMATION and COMMENTS very INTERESTING and INFORMATIVE THANK you FOR your VIDEO and your TIME HAVE a GREAT day JIM KAMMERER OF PHILADELPHIA PA I APPRECIATE you and your VIDEO
Hi Josh. Fantastic video and sound effects of an incredible layout. I really enjoy all of your videos of this layout and your own. One very small suggestion. A tripod to stop the sea sick hand held sway :-) Cheers, Brendon.
Great layout. What brand of crossing signals are used at the :50 & 1:25 mark? What brand alternating flasher is utilized? Great beamspread and realistic 'soft' transitional alternating flash. Very real. Thank you for sharing.
Veer well done. I really like to use of audio to bring the railroad to like. One comment though your camera angle on the large bridge makes it look like the train is climbing uphill as it goes from right to left, not descending like your narration says.
I love this layout that where I’m going to build my own layout just like this one it’s going to take me days or months to finish the layout lots of weathering and lots of tracks and wiring
It is a really neat technique you’re using to overlay real train sounds over the video!
Thanks! Definitely adds a lot to the realism. Now if we can get our models to sound like that!
Josh

Love running the Coal Trains. The all time great train is the rail train always gets the most attention.

Awesome layout! Its good to see some BN and BNSFs. I live in Washington so I see a lot of these trains. Also that scenery is great 👍👍

I have to keep reminding myself over and over these are model trains. The education from the narrative is an added bonus!

I love the narration and views just not the sound, I think most if not all model railroaders like the sounds the trains make on there own not artificial

Some people know how to do it right.looks great.
at 0:44, man those are some tall flashers compared to those amtrak bilevel cars
Probably S Gauge lol
Nice Scene at 2:50 to 3.25 Great mix of backdrop and flats. At 6.30 7:00 Simple scene but just looks perfect.
I love ur operations!

Very nice scenery and well completed layout (even though standard gauge and USA is not my thing.... I still like this).

Great layout and fantastic editing too
Perfect sound fx! Great job!
Wow that layout is amazing 😮
Terrific RR and terrific video.
Stellar job my friend!
Spectacular scenery
wonderful
I’m more of a UK Model Railway person, but this is good all the same!
Just wow!
Nicely done.
Outstanding!
Nice , Thanks , Mike
Shame that you don't have footage of the continuous rail consist underway.
Check out this video: ruclips.net/video/l0_LQs2CHJQ/видео.html. About 7 minutes and 15 minutes in, there are several seconds of the rail train.
The 1st engine on the empty coal train looks like an old Santa Fe engine
Incredible
Amazing! What scale do u use? I’d assume this is HO.
Awesome to say the least
Awesome! Well done!
Very nice
This a good model railroad
What kind of sound does he have in his locomotives? They sound so real! Or, is it an audio feature you added to make the video more interesting?
Great layout. What brand of crossing signals are used at the :50 & 1:25 mark? What brand alternating flasher is utilized? Great beamspread and realistic 'soft' transitional alternating flash.
Very real.
Thank you for sharing.
The signals are Tomar, and the flashing circuit is Logic Rail.
Awesome!!
That's some great audio, are there speakers in all the railcars?
Loved It
Veer well done. I really like to use of audio to bring the railroad to like. One comment though your camera angle on the large bridge makes it look like the train is climbing uphill as it goes from right to left, not descending like your narration says.
Don’t mind me listing while I work on my layout
Its nice you do sound efects
Fun fact:BNSF 1648 is actually still in Santa Fe paint and not H4 paint cause I’ve seen it very recently
I have a question. If I paid you to re number a scale trains dash 9, and possibly add new sound, would you do it?
This is awesome. How did he make those waste paper bales at the Sage Recycle Center on his layout? Those look great!
The shred bales are made from a small cross-cut shredder. The shred is formed to a rectangle with glue/shred mix.
@@bnsfbuff Wow! Nice. Does make any of these for purchase?
The real radio transmissions are a really great touch. Are they live or prerecorded?
Are the wayside sounds emanating from there at the track layout or being edited or dubbed in to this video I wonder ?
That is what i want to build if i win the lotto now who painted the mountains in the back drops unreal work so real lookin
