I was really hoping this would work. What are your resistances on the coils?
Edit: I took nother charger transformer and now it works. Amazing. The coil with the neon must have the highest resistance and the other two should have a resistance as simmilar as possible

In theory, this should work as it's a circuit called Jeanna's light and it's a Joule thief with an extra coil
