Bro i make it properly but 15w bulb is blinking no glow properly and when same bulb attached with home ac volt bulb is glow properly

i think the circuit is not getting a proper voltage and amp. Check the circuit twice and then use 4.7v, 4000mah to 5000mah battery, I hope this will help you.
