Please, I am a hobbyist and am picking up little by little. Kindly show me the directions you placed the 4 diodes across the Z44n mosfets. Are they placed in the same directions or opposite directions? The video was not clear at that point. Moreover, I can’t see your circuit diagram which could have shown me the exact position.
On this circuit I have using a IRFZ44N MOSFET and 1N4007 Diode, Cathode ( - ) of the diode is connected to pin number 1 of the MOSFET which is ( Gate ) pin and Anode ( + ) is connected to pin number 3 which is ( Source ) pin, all diodes are connected in same direction.

Output watts depends on input power supply. Use 12v 7 ah battery or more for batter results.

If it isn't running at 60 Hz or 50 Hz, what can you do with it, besides using it as a paper weight. Make something that can be useful. Make something than people can use besides a paper weight.
