Gorzej jak zacznie się reakcja chemiczna - pozamiatane: ogień i kupa zabójczego dymu). Po drugie co po podniesieniu napięcia jak i tak nie ma pojemności... Takie chwilowe podanie napięcia nic nie daje, prosty rachunek proszę sobie wykonać: napięcie ładowania x prąd ładowania przez godzinę = pojemność w mAh. Czyli prawidłowo ładowane ogniwo 18650 prądem o natężeniu 1 A przy napięciu ok. 4 V przez jedną godzinę da nam 1000 mAh pojemniści

ただ一時的に充電して電圧を上げ、充電器をダマシテ充電できる様にしてるだけ。
バッテリー自体はかなり劣化してるので、容量は減っている。
1本だけで使うのであれば、容量が少ないだけで大きな問題はないだろうが、
高電圧（10V以上）が必要な工具などで使うのであれば、危険なのでやらないほうがいい。
正常な電池の劣化や発火の危険がある。
こんな簡単に、新品の様な状態に戻るのならば、「メーカーは充電器で充電できないようにしてるのか？」と考えたほうがいい。
