In this video, we’re going to talk about chronic pain. I want to share with you some unique and powerful things you can do for chronic pain.
    Common chronic pain causes:
    • Post-surgery
    • Post-injury
    • Referral
    • Diabetic
    • Autoimmune
    • Arthritis
There is not a lot of exact knowledge about why people develop chronic pain. But, I want to give you my opinion on the subject.
    What to do:
You will want to work on the opposite side from where you’re feeling pain. You do not want to work on the area where you’re feeling pain because you’ll re-traumatize it.
    • Rate the pain
    • Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area for 1-2 minutes
    • Rate the pain again
    • Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area a little higher up for 1-2 minutes
If this technique doesn’t work, it may be because of referred pain. For a whiplash injury, there is a more complex technique you should try. Some neck pain and abdomen pain may be coming from a digestive issue. In this case, you need to fix your diet. Get on healthy keto and do intermittent fasting.
    Natural remedies for chronic pain:
    1. Fasting
    2. Stinging nettle root
    3. Vitamin D (40,000 IUs)
    4. Benfotiamine

Im a 19 year medically retired veteran, with an equally traumatic mental and physical life before and after my service. Im talking unbelievable stories like witnessing my sister being kidnapped at age 6 to burying 7 people, 1 of which was my uncle/father figure, in a single year. I had a blast from an explosion and in 2008 on my third tour I was run over by my own gun truck HMMVV.
I simply cannot even begin to describe everything but what I wouldn’t give to have a Dr like you help me.
Daily chronic pain on top of being mentally defeated has me contemplating throwing in the towel every day. I just cannot fathom the rest of my life looking fine to the world, but dead inside.
I’ll never be able to recover mentally if I cannot even function daily due to my chronic pain.
Im strong, always been. Im still doing my best but due to my lack of ever failing at anything I fear that i’ll keep pushing until I simply cannot anymore.

I have both post surgery and injury that has kept me in different levels of chronic pain, 6 to 8 on pain chart. After so many medical consultations, remedies and pain killers never giving any lasting relief I began keto and fasting and now carnivore over the past year. I have lost over 100 pds and my pain has almost gone away completely, it’s truly a miracle and totally changed my life. I have been watching you Dr. Berg from day one and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your words are gospel in our house. Love Karen too.

Paris M . Paris you can do this!!! I started by educating myself with the Keto lifestyle. I watched 100’s of you tube videos and finally tried to implement small steps into my life. After a few weeks things got easier and then I started Intermitten fasting which opened everything with the lifestyle changes that are needed. You can do it!!! Not living with pain drives me everyday to keep sugar and carbs out of my life.

Never give up. Guard against becoming overwhelmed and try suggestions patiently, you will see improvrment. I was injured 19 years ago and left with cronic pain. I can vouch for nettle as an anti-inflammatory, the leaves work also, but Dr. Berg recommended the root, which I believe would be even stronger. Take courage, we knows there is a lot of knowledge in the word and we must diligently serk it out and apply it.

I also have fibromyalgia and use Mullein herb. It reduced by pain by 90%. You can buy it on Amazon, but Frontier is more reliable for freshness. Also the organic is more potent. Patriot Nurse has a video on making a tea or decoction.
Tea: 2 tsp. Per 8oz water and steep for 10 minutes. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 48 hrs. Drink hot or cold. I smoke it because it's easier for me.

  • @JohnM...

Some chronic pain can be because, although an injury might be healed, you STILL feel the pain, because the brain is so used to the neural pathway of pain firing, that the thalamus is permanently active, and the signals of pain can't be switched off. This can be overridden by activating the vagas nerve, and by meditation where you repeat certain mantras - the Placebo effect will eventually override the pain signals and turn on the parasympathetic nervous system. This has happened to me. It took 4 years.

Dr. Berg is such a great resource. I have had chronic pain in both feet due to an injury a few years ago. Took Dr. Berg's advice, bought stinging nettle and benfotiamine, the daily pain is almost completely gone after less than two weeks. Incredible. Thank you Dr. Berg.

    Great video! Thank you!
I used to be in severe chronic pain. Two herniated disc. A combination of physical therapy, acupuncture & a medical device called BEMER was life changing. Before using my bemer I was going to a pain clinic monthly. Getting epidurals in my spine, wearing a fentanyl pain patch, taking muscle relaxants. The BEMER is amazing for helping your body! After 1 year of using it at home on a daily basis, I was able to come off 18 of 20 medications & I was completely out of pain. Since it changed my life I decided to become an independent distributor for this device. I try to share it with everyone because I know what it’s like to be in severe chronic pain. If you want to more about it I’m happy to send you information. 😊. Prayer & Bemer are an awesome combination! I thank Jesus every day for helping me!

I would never have guessed to work on the opposite side, which is really a very good way to behave. Considering this with the reflexology point of view, its totally understandable. Thank you for mentioning it in this video. It's very helpful!

Please do a video on a cat bite.
I have had cat scratch fever before and know how serious it can be.
I just had to capture a feral cat at work and my hand is swelling fast but fortunately no numbness.
RUclips search has gone to crap so finding a good info is becoming very difficult. It makes me glad to be subscribed to your channel.

    Good stuff: #FASTING
“One of the most important things to do for pain and inflammation is fasting it's probably the most important thing it gives the body a chance to reset and a lot of the referral pain that people have pushing the shoulder the neck the head seems to go away but even if they have any of these right here the inflammation will go down because one of the things that happens when you're fasting is inflammation just drops way way down so if you have an autoimmune condition you'd want to do fasting for sure.”
