This video captures the osaka vibe very well. Nice how you started at shinsekai, thats such an iconic location. I also like how you sometimes film upwards to show the vertical scale of buildings.
Impressive to see the crowds at Ebisu Shrine just to see barely anyone at Hirota Shrine! I remember Tsutenkaku vividly, because it so much reminds me of the radio tower in goldenrod city 😆
Nice to see that you're in Osaka! Got to experience Ebessan in 2019 in Osaka and Kyoto. Didn't actively participate, but got to enjoy the street foods and lively atmosphere although the Kyoto version was much smaller. Your walk was very "natsukashii" for me as Osaka is one place in Japan that I have spent the most time in. I miss it so much! Thank you for this video! Very lovely.

This video was shot in HDR but if you see it on SDR display, I would say the image is a little softer than Osmo Pocket since HLG/HDR automatically adjust the brightness. But the HDR image is no doubt much more vibrant!

@@david_k I have a HDR compatible TV too but the iPhone looks more vivid than my TV. I think you guessed it right. I converted this video using a software called Compressor from Apple and the result is Dolby Vision 8.6 HLD/HDR. That means it's optimized for Apple Devices. However any smartphones or devices that can bring its brightness up to 1,000 nits or more should be able to show as vivid as iPhone. (My TV is HDR compatible but I don't think its brightness level is not as high as 1,000 nits.)
At the beginning in the middle and at the hotel 🏨 your camera lights where reflecting off of people and the hotel. But 👍 night walk not a bad night either in 2 months there’ll be more people out enjoying the warmer nights in Osaka 🇯🇵 . But hope you can do a country evening walk in Non Non Biyori area. Or visit a Chinese town area of 🇯🇵? 👍⛩📸🇯🇵
I guess you are mentioning the lens flare effect caught on camera. This video was shot on iPhone 13 Pro Max and it has the notorious lens flare. I hope Apple can fix this in the next iPhone.

I have no idea. Since it's Tanabata, they should announce by July.
