In the quiet corner of my mind,
I find the peace that's hard to find.
Big crowds make me want to run,
Too much noise, I come undone.
I like the silence and the calm,
Away from where the loud things are.
Few close friends, that’s all I need,
A circle small, where I can breathe.
In my world, it’s all okay,
I don’t need the big display.
I’m not afraid of being alone,
In solitude, I make my home.
I’m an introvert, yeah, that’s my song,
Where the world is quiet, I belong.
I don’t need crowds or the cheers,
Just a place to escape from my fears.
In my own space, I feel alive,
That’s the life where I’ll thrive.
I try to blend in, but it’s hard to fake,
The energy big crowds often take.
Concerts never call my name,
I’m happy avoiding the loud game.
I’m okay with missing out on things,
Just want to be where silence sings.
I can handle a group for a while,
But soon, I need my own exile.
I’ll retreat to where I’m free,
In my own space, I feel at ease.
In the shadows, I find my light,
Being alone just feels right.
