  • Finally got around to installing some proper brakes on the 135i.
Once we got the E92 M3 rear end installed, it'll be a complete package!

Hi mate, I'm not sure if you have answered this before, but what would the 1m conversion cost you? I've seen a few cost break downs but none from Australia.
    Great content 👌

Great stuff all around!!! why did you decide to swap breaks? content for channel or did the stock callipers not allow for a larger brake rotor? thxs

Stock calipers didn’t allow for bigger rotors :)

@@MitchNucifora ahhhh knew there was a logical reason!!! Lv Lv Lv you build so much I’d absolutely do it to my 135, but the only thing I am on the fence about is cutting the rear quarter sheet metal to install the flare… do you have a video of yours being done and how did you find installing the wheel liner back in place?? Because you disturbed the Sheet Metal and the natural contours of where the liner would settle. How did you make sure it’s stayed in place once reinstalled?? Also, did you reuse the original liner or did you have to use a 1M liner? Sorry for the 20 questions.😂

Excuse my ignorance, but won't the 4pot have less bite force than the 6 pistons on the car? Also, if the 6 piston calipers are upgraded with the bimmerworld's steel/aluminum pistons and seal package with additional brake duct cooling shouldn't it be just as effective as the f8x calipers or am i missing something ?

The benefit comes from having a larger brake disc, not the biting force of the caliper , larger diameter disc = greater heat dissipation
