@@petelee2477 It just means that there are restrictions. Regular Hackmons is plagued with Eternamax Eternatus having Neutralizing Gas. It's a combination that's literally impossible to counter.
I like these "How to" titles instead tbh. It draws me more than "This is why you should use ..." And you still dump on your opponents all the same. Win-Win Edit: Clarity.

You encounter a lot of Prankster Heart Swap or Topsy-Turvy mons in that tier. Won't always be able to sweep with that strat.
