  • 가자미 식해입니다. 살짝 말린 가자미를 토막 내서 밥과 함께 엿기름, 소금, 고춧가루, 무 등과 섞어 발효시킨 음식입니다. 젓갈이랑 비슷해새 보여서 짠 맛이 날 줄 알았는데, 오히려 살짝 달큰한 맛이 나더라고요. 단짠단짠한 사이에 가자미 맛이 섞여서 계속 먹게 되더라고요. 살짝 말린 가자미는 쫀득하고, 무는 아삭해서 식감도 아주 좋았습니다.

It's a food that is slightly dried flounder and fermented by mixing it with malt, salt, red pepper powder, radish, etc. It looked similar to salted fish, so I thought it would taste salty, but it tasted a little sweet. I kept eating it because the taste of flounder was mixed between sweet and salty. The slightly dried flounder was chewy and the radish was crispy, so the texture was very good.
