Looks delicious. If you try it with coconut water, coconut milk, or even pineapple juice it gets even better. It can be used as a base for an amazing tropical summertime cocktail or smoothie

Love all your videos! While you are at mango sorbet you should try out mango lassi, it’s ridiculously easy. All you need is ripped mangoes and curd/yogurt (you can add cardamom and saffron to spice it up).

Wait, did you throw away all that mango flesh around the stone? After you cut the cheeks off the mangos, you should separate the stone from the flesh that's still left (which is a lot) or you're basically throwing away almost half the edible flesh of the mango. The mango is a common seasonal fruit where I live and we often eat the flesh around the stone directly and throw the stone away after all the flesh is eaten.

i guess he did. it pains me to see how much food ppl waste in the rich western countries. in 'poor' countries like India we usually make the most of any produce that we get. n as u said we too eat around the entire stone until the stone is wiped clean.

*Note: Be sure to use a thick walled glass. Using a thinner walled glass -- such as mine -- could result in the glass breaking and allowing scores of "unpleasantries" to dive well into your palm resulting in a trip to hospital whilst dripping "life fluid" all over the newly cleaned seats of your vehicle. As well, the cleansing, antibacterial shots, and heal time may not be part of your expected outcome for these delicious sorbets ... which do taste delicious!!!

This recipe is delicious. 😋 I already made it a couple days ago but without the lemon, so the next time I will try with it. I just have a doubt, since my blender is not the best and was a little hard to make it, can I blend the fruit first and freeze it later? Thanks a lot, greetings from Mexico! 😃 🍌 🍊🍨

I would imagine something like avocado would work pretty well in terms of adding a creamy texture. Avocados turn brown when frozen, though, so I don't know that it would turn out looking as pretty.
