Christmas at the Ruddington Miniature Railway December 2013

- I visited Ruddington on my own this time as Rosie had Christmas chores to do,we had been told by Phil that a few clubs were visiting and they were bringing many lovely loco's,he was not wrong A4's Britannia's,a B1,a King,Black 5 and may more.I had a great time talking to the owners and videoing these loco's.Perhaps I went over the top and it's a little long but what the heck,ENJOY.
Brilliant video and what a great variety of locos! I had planned to visit GCR Nottingham and this miniature railway on a trip to Derby this October but as the site was closed I went to Crich instead.
They have been running on some Sundays just lately,wish they had let everbody know,but now that's been stopped again.
What a fantastic lineup Christ, superb quality throughout.....that was a wonderful event for sure...Bob

Epic... But in all those vids I pity the fools that sits on the last place of the last vagon. Since I was a small boy I always builded my trains with the worst flat wagons at the end. 😀
The guard of the train normally sits at the end of the train to make sure everything is ok and the train can continue.
Very interesting clip. Went to Ruddington a couple of years ago on a "transport" day and had a great time
